I found out later from the office manager that they enrolled in this program after moving locations, looking to build up a new client base. There was some challenge in scheduling, but that was mostly my fault since I live and work on the opposite side of town. I felt the office manager was as accommodating as possible given the situation. They do have some weekend hours and after I missed the first appt due to horrible traffic they happily found me a Saturday exam. The Dr., hygienist and office manager were all super nice and informative. They did not seem sales-y or pushy at all. It's always hard to trust a new dentist but I really did feel comfortable with their team. Perhaps it helps that I didn't have any cavities :)

The second time I waited over an hour before being called back. What's the point of having an appointment around here.. The part that bothered me the most was that no one gave me any updates the whole time I was sitting in the waiting room. The first time I came in I just did the exam. I came in again for a cleaning and they said you are here for an exam right.... No I just came in for an exam. Turned out someone else's dental records were on file for mine. They said my record date was from May of 2023. I did not even live here in May of 2023. The girl who was supposed to do my cleaning did not even know where the equipment was to clean my teeth. Then when she was about to do the cleaning started with polish. I'm not in the dental business but I know you are supposed to remove plaque and build up before polishing. At this point I had enough and just left. They changed my appointment time without confirming with me and I left a voicemail that never got listened to.
