Had been a loyal customer for years until they switched to appointment only. Phone is never answered so making one is difficult. The few times I did manage to make an appointment I was shamed for not showing up 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. Giving a 2 because they did do great work when I would be seen. read more

Came here with a girl friend to get our nails done for graduation. We had interesting experiences haha. We both wanted a design, but it didn't work out to what we wanted. PARKING: Free, located in a plaza. GEL MANICURE ($23): Lindsey did my nails and although my nails looked great at the end of the day...I didn't like how she didn't seal the polish at the ends of the nails. I always feel like it lasts longer if you do so. My nails have chipped a tiny bit, but overall are still in great condition after 3 weeks. I originally wanted pink nails and my ring finger to have a pink and white marble design. I was nervous because their marble samples on display were awful except one. I was really staying hopeful, but the marble looked awful...it looked like random lines. When I asked Lindsey to just do everything pink instead, she tried to paint the pink over the white nail...which made that nail stand out. She was definitely lazy to remove the white gel and only do so after I had asked. Based on my experience, I would still come back here for a basic gel manicure, but not for any intricate designed nails. read more

Great nail salon in chino! Anne and Henry are good for pedicures they both clean very well and take their time when scrubbing. I believe the pedicure starts at $18 then $28 for the next one, callus removal is an extra $5. I got the signature pedicure, it was nice but I don't need the extra exfoliation or hot stones. Henry did an excellent paint job, even re did my big toe when it got messed up from putting my slippers on! It wasn't busy when I came in on a Saturday around 4:45 pm but I'd still call for an appointment just in case. *Slippers are $1, so make sure to bring yours! read more

Just had my 3rd visit and I'm upgrading my review from 4 stars to 5! Quality of work far exceeds the price I pay each time so it's definitely worth the value. I'm not sure the name of the gentleman who's worked on my last two gel manicures but he's awesome! Definitely meticulous with his work, which is great for me as a customer. I'm including pictures of a white gel manicure I got from him. You can see that he put polish all the way to my cuticle, yet it still looks so clean and sharp. It was a bold move and it worked! He probably noticed how much my nails grew from when he last worked on my hands 3 weeks ago and wanted to give this particular manicure a longer-lasting effect, which I appreciate. I decided to come here based on what some of the reviews said about gel manicures lasting. I do a lot of work at home and at work with my hands so my nails take a beating. My first time here was a good experience i showed up as walk in and was helped after 5 mins of arriving. I got gel manicure and regular pedicure ($39). The technicians took their time and the results showed it. They have a wide variety of colors and i didn't feel additional services were being pushed. I was asked about callus remover once and i kindly decline and that was it. This place is located a few minutes from my house, their prices is fair. I will be back read more

Walked in without an appointment on a Sunday afternoon. The salon was quiet and not busy. I was able to be worked on right away. I had a gel manicure done by Henry and a pedicure done by Sandy. Both were gentle and quiet, but did a good job. I noticed they began to rush a bit when other walk-ins came in, but still managed to do a good job. The only con is with the pedicure.. I wish she would've scrubbed my feet more. She went over them so quickly I didn't even notice her do one foot. My feet are not too dry but could've used a bit more scrubbing to make them feel smooth. This is the place!!! I had been looking for a new place for about two months since moving to Ontario. I went based off of the reviews left on Ivory Nails & I seriously am so happy I did. Prior to Ivory, I had been going to other nail salons but I never felt like I was getting my money's worth. I had a very nice lady do my pedi and she took her time, which I really do appreciate. She kept going back to fixing whatever she saw wasn't tidy and really focused on getting my dry cuticles gone. If you're looking for a self-care spot where you will definitely relax and get what you pay for, Ivory Nail Spa is your place. I will keep coming here over and over again. Next time I really want to try the jelly pedi. Also, I requested an appointment at around 9PM, well over business hours, & I got a response almost immediately. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to get a pedicure. Only one customer in the chair, the last attending her didn't bother looking my way into the customer alerted her. The technician asked what I needed. I said a pedicure, she says 'No, not today". No other reason given. Walked out and never returned. I have been there prior to the pandemic, never experienced anything like that. read more

It was my first time at this spa, I read many reviews and decided to ask for an appointment with Tom. He was so sweet, and he handled my nails carefully. Most of the time I have a female name tech but they are always in a rush and they are rough and always end up hurting me. Anyhow, I told Tom exactly how I wanted my nails and I'm extremely happy with the result! The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because the ladies at this location had bad customer service (most of them). And also because I called to make an appointment for full set and a pedicure for my BF. But when we got there they made him wait saying we didn't tell her when we were making the appointment which we did and he had to wait till one of the ladies was available. read more

So happy I found this place!! I made an appointment and both employees (one of which I think was the owner) were incredibly friendly. Both listened to my requests (not cutting my cuticles, understanding I'm super ticklish on my feet) and listened when I voiced my concerns about getting my nails done again because of a previous bad experience at another local nail salon. When I asked for designs on my toes she showed me what she was going to do before doing it to make sure I liked it. Lindsay did my nails and she was super detailed. She made sure each nail was filed perfectly and the nail polish also. This place has great workers and they have so many options of different colors for nails. This place is busy so I would recommend calling and making a appointment. (Even after you may wait) They do a great job don't get me a wrong, I was coming here for a while but stopped because I would always make a appointment and they would take me 30 min after or I would have to wait a while. Reasoning For a appointment is to be taken at that time. I am fine waiting a couple minutes but more than 15 is just rude especially for always brining my mother in law all the time and we would have to wait is annoying especially when you are a regular. After my last appointment (which I waited to be taken even after I always call in to make a appointment) unfortunately I have taken my business elsewhere for my pedicures and manicures. read more

Worst nail experience I've had. I decided to try acrylic so I was unsure of the process. My nails were not trimmed. After gluing my nails, I noticed the man doing my nails started getting distracted. He then got up and began doing someone else's nails and made me wait until he finished. My cuticles were filed raw to the point of bleeding. My nails are uneven and crooked. I was then moved to the pedicure seat. As its my first time with acrylics and they were fairly long, I struggled getting my sandal off. The man got frustrated and proceeded to rip my sandal off. I didn't notice until I got up to leave that he had completely broken it. They were brand new & that was the first time they had been worn, so they were not in poor condition. read more

I decided to try a new place. Drove out 30 minutes to get my nails done there, because of the reviews. The nails came out great for the price. Not lumpy, patchy in color, or too thick. Gel manicure was 23 dollars. One downfall is that if you prefer OPI gel, they don't have that option. Overall, I'm happy with how they came out. We shall see how long they last! Would recommend if you live nearby. read more

While getting my toes done, I asked three different technicians about my manicure--one had no information, one kept saying someone would come (no one did), and another said she only does pedicures. No one apologized or acknowledged the delay. After waiting OVER AN HOUR, someone finally came to move me, probably just to free up the chair while I continued waiting for a manicure. I would have left much earlier, but I was there with my friend who was in the middle of getting her nails done. At that point, I declined since it had already been too long. It is highly unprofessional for not one single person to come and check in with me or even apologize for the excessive delay. I think if there was any sort of acknowledgement I would have proceeded to get my manicure. I would not recommend wasting your time here.

I didn't want to be rude by asking for a different technician and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I am genuinely unhappy with the results, especially for what should be a straightforward gel manicure. On a positive note, the technician who did my pedicure took her time and did a great job. Unfortunately, I don't get much time to treat myself to nail services, and while this salon is conveniently located near my home, I will no longer be returning or recommending it to friends.

Others were too busy for walk ins and still others were not inviting. And then I decide to go back to this place. Glad I did! Lisa( I believe) did my gel manicure! She was amazing and also very thorough. I got a French gel manicure and it was beautiful when she was done. Even on my short nails. The price was $35 which was super reasonable. I will continue to go to this Salon in the future.

And you will most definitely see me coming back here. First time I visited, I went right when they opened because I wasn't sure how much of a wait time it could be since I didn't have an appointment. I waited about five minutes before they were able to take care of me. Everyone was polite and friendly. Service was incredibly fast. I think I was only in there for an hour and a half again I only wanted something simple and basic so that also contributed to me not being there long. Fast-forward to about a week and a half I noticed I definitely needed to go in for a fill. This time I did make an appointment for 10:30am, I walked in at about 10:12, I knew I was definitely early but I figured I'd take a seat and look at color options while I waited. I did not wait long however they seated me within three minutes of me being there. So I will most definitely give them five stars for how quick they are. This second time around, I did have a color in mine from the first time I went, and it came out fabulous. The nail technician when he was putting the color on did suggest chrome which I have never tried, and I am most definitely glad he did because the color I chose was definitely lighter than what I chose the first time and with the chrome it just made my nails look simple and clean but with a little bit of shine. Definitely love that as soon as you come in the atmosphere and the vibe is completely great. They sit you down and they ask if you would like anything to drink which I love. I usually don't say yes, but I love that they ask because it's just extremely polite of them. My only caveat and I think I might be the only one is, I do wish they would play something else on the TV that they have in there, the two times I have gone they have this baking show which seems great, but I do wish they would play some kind of chick flick or a romance movie or a movie in general rather than a baking show haha. All in all I'm definitely going to keep coming here! I am looking forward to scheduling my pedicure hopefully soon I have not had one since I was a little girl so I'm very much excited. I hear good things about pedicures here.

We've had two appointments with him and every time my son gets out the chair he walks a little taller. That says a lot about the cut when you feel how you look especially with a 6 year old! The nail techs are talented, pay close attention to detail, and consistently do beautiful work. Unfortunately, I developed a nail fungus on one of my nails, and during subsequent appointments I noticed they continued using the same tools on my infected nail before using them on my healthy nails. They also dipped the same polish brush into bottles after using it on the infected nail. That raised serious concerns about sanitation and infection control, and it made me question whether the salon follows the cleanliness standards it advertises. Another downside is the pricing. While I generally feel the quality of the work justifies the cost, I was surprised to be charged an additional $10 for filing during a fill. Filing is a necessary part of a fill because the nails have grown out, so it feels like a basic component of the service rather than an optional add-on. Charging extra for something so fundamental comes across as excessive. I genuinely like this salon and want to continue supporting them because the artistry is excellent. However, I believe the sanitation practices--especially when dealing with nail infections--need immediate attention, and some of the add-on fees should be reconsidered. These are issues that affect both customer trust and health. I also hope it's the same salon I'm referring to because the photos of the interior do not match the salon on Ramona. Are there two?

Unlike most Spas I've seen and heard of, these ladies are humble to you and to each other. They are especially great at their craft. Anne, Lisa, Helen, and the Owner Lindsey are top notch professionals with a flare of gentleness. I highly recommend that you come to sit a relax. Enjoy the great state of the art massage thrones they have and the soft tranquil aura they provide. This Spa is the best place to come if you are looking for the latest in glamor for the eyes hands and feet. The Led Monitor displays all that's available to you. Beverly Hills elegance in Chino. This Saturday was a wonderful experience at my favorite Spa. Can't edit till my Queen arrives in August. Gonna treat her to an invigorating Charcoal Detox. Thanks Linda and Kim for the love. if i can do 0 stars i would. o m g. i got a pedicure here yesterday and added callus removal +$5 anyway. as she was pulling dead skin and it didn't hurt. when she used TOOL to push cuticle OH MY GOD!!!!! I JUMPED SOOOOO HIGH. LORD. my shit was in pain! my big toe is so swollen. i'm so mad cause i'm on vaycay with a big ass swollen toe! most likely the tools weren't sterile because it hurts bad and it's very red. probably infected. avoid this place. also raises their jelly pedicures to 35$. smh. She was amazing and also very thorough. I got a French gel manicure and it was beautiful when she was done. Even on my short nails. The price was $35 which was super reasonable.
