I had an appointment at 11:30 AM for a dip manicure and pedicure. After a 10 minute wait, I was seated, then waited another 30 minutes before someone actually came and started my pedicure. While getting my toes done, I asked three different technicians about my manicure--one had no information, one kept saying someone would come (no one did), and another said she only does pedicures. No one apologized or acknowledged the delay. After waiting OVER AN HOUR, someone finally came to move me, probably just to free up the chair while I continued waiting for a manicure. I would have left much earlier, but I was there with my friend who was in the middle of getting her nails done. At that point, I declined since it had already been too long. It is highly unprofessional for not one single person to come and check in with me or even apologize for the excessive delay. I think if there was any sort of acknowledgement I would have proceeded to get my manicure. I would not recommend wasting your time here.

And you will most definitely see me coming back here. First time I visited, I went right when they opened because I wasn't sure how much of a wait time it could be since I didn't have an appointment. I waited about five minutes before they were able to take care of me. Everyone was polite and friendly. Service was incredibly fast. I think I was only in there for an hour and a half again I only wanted something simple and basic so that also contributed to me not being there long. Fast-forward to about a week and a half I noticed I definitely needed to go in for a fill. This time I did make an appointment for 10:30am, I walked in at about 10:12, I knew I was definitely early but I figured I'd take a seat and look at color options while I waited. I did not wait long however they seated me within three minutes of me being there. So I will most definitely give them five stars for how quick they are. This second time around, I did have a color in mine from the first time I went, and it came out fabulous. The nail technician when he was putting the color on did suggest chrome which I have never tried, and I am most definitely glad he did because the color I chose was definitely lighter than what I chose the first time and with the chrome it just made my nails look simple and clean but with a little bit of shine. Definitely love that as soon as you come in the atmosphere and the vibe is completely great. They sit you down and they ask if you would like anything to drink which I love. I usually don't say yes, but I love that they ask because it's just extremely polite of them. My only caveat and I think I might be the only one is, I do wish they would play something else on the TV that they have in there, the two times I have gone they have this baking show which seems great, but I do wish they would play some kind of chick flick or a romance movie or a movie in general rather than a baking show haha. All in all I'm definitely going to keep coming here! I am looking forward to scheduling my pedicure hopefully soon I have not had one since I was a little girl so I'm very much excited. My nails have always lasted for about 4-5 weeks without any lifting or peeling ever, only the grow out. This nail salon has always been by appointment only since I've been a client here. 2 weeks ago it changed under new management. Today, 7/2/26, is my first visit since the new management took over. They've updated and cleaned up the salon, and are now taking walk-ins. They're currently running a 10% off promotion. My service today was nice, excellent massage during my pedicure, and my nail tech was very friendly and welcoming. Gel manicure and regular pedicure. Hopefully, my manicure and pedicure last as long as they did prior to the new management. I'll give an update later on. New nail tech was Tina, and Nhat did my pedicure.
