From the minute I got there the whole appointment felt tense. I asked for a simple trim, some face framing pieces, and something low maintenance since I don't spend a lot of time styling my hair. It didn't feel like a difficult request but I felt like my preferences were an inconvenience. Even the shampoo was so rough it was uncomfortable instead of relaxing. The haircut itself turned out nice but what really shocked me was the finish. I paid $150 and expected at least a basic styling. Instead, my hair was blow dried with her fingers... no round brush, no comb, no straightener, no curls. Nothing. I genuinely couldn't believe that was the finished result. I'm happy I ended up with a decent haircut but the overall experience felt uncomfortable from start to finish and nowhere near the level of service I expected.

There was a young lady in the salon that I had not noticed who apparently complained and felt unsafe. I explained to Erica that as per the condition of my release I had to get 2 negative tests in a matter of 1 week but I was still thrown out of the salon. It is note worthy to mention that neither the young lady herself nor Erica did offer proof that both were recently tested and were negative. I was the only person who knew their Covid status as I had gotten testers that very same day oddly enough. I never received an apology from Erica either so I definitely do not recommend as service left to be desired for especially toward a loyal customer.
