The lady that did my Brazilian wax, didn't introduce herself or say much besides asking "is your skin sensitive". You can tell the wax was turned on recently, was veryyyy thick. She seemed in a little hurry- even took out a mini fan for the wax to harden faster. When removing the hard wax, she never applied pressure afterwards. I went in for a Brazilian, which includes the back area and she didn't want to do it! She said the Groupon doesn't include that. Then what is a Brazilian wax? She went outside to "ask" if it can be done and came back and did it "as a one time courtesy". I gave my feedback before I left, and I expressed I was very unhappy and was not going to be coming back. Maybe the business is good for everything else but the Brazilian experience left a sour taste.
