I hate it) Eat the wrong thing and boom! Down for 4 days, like a gastro nightmare, can't swallow, headache, lose 5 lbs. Malnutrition leaves me weak, dazed and confused. Eating in Key Largo is the worst for me. I'm there 5 mo. IV hydration with essential vitamins and minerals, nausea meds, anti inflammatories, get me going again. I was skeptical and got a second opinion with an ER doctor and an Orthopedic Surgeon whom both stated the injury will simply heal on its own and surgery is not necessary. Dr. Diaz suggested unnecessary surgery to get his friend some business. Disgusting.

The check in process was easy and fast. The nurse showed true concern for my issue. My wait for Dr. O'Connor was very short. He listened to my concerns. Was thorough and explained what my next steps would need to be clearly and precisely. I even went back for my pre admission testing. Unfortunately, it's not a visit to Marathon without a visit to Urgent Care. But so glad I have found a medical facility and staff that I trust while in the Keys.
