Stopped here on a random day off from just driving around. I wanted to get out of central phoenix and make some new discoveries- which is exactly what transpired!!! I love this store! I adore this place. Local venders come in and out through the year so there is a lot of variety and things to see each time I come in. I guess once they decided to close, they quit worrying about customer service as well! My wife bought an expensive wall hanging, it started to fall apart and we were told by the creator of the hanging to bring it back and she would repair it. We returned the hanging only to be told we would have to leave it. They called the next day to say we should go ahead and come to pick it up. My wife used her lunch break to drive over only to be told they didn't have a glue gun on hand so sorry it can't be fixed!! We certainly won't miss a business with that sort of customer service. read more

This is a pretty awesome store with lots of amazing merchandise for those of us that like unique items for our homes. I have the most amazing bookshelf that was made from an old door frame. It's 6-7 inches deep which was perfect in the long hallway I have that just needed something... perfection, I tell ya! The store is clean and spacious but has a lot to explore so don't be in a rush when you stop in. They have a wide variety of home decor homemade, and hand-crafted stuff. Knowing this, you should expect the prices to be a bit higher than you would find at big box stores. My only disappointment was that I recently bought a cookbook for my mom here. When I got home, I realized she already had it. Their sign in store said all sales are final but exchanges may be considered, so I took it back hoping to exchange it for a different cookbook of equal value from the same vendor. I was politely turned down and had to purchase another cookbook. They had every right to turn down my request for an exchange, but I have to say it was disappointing. Next time I'll just buy the cookbook online and save the hassle. So be sure you have the right thing and that it's exactly what you want before you buy anything here. No returns. We shopped there for the high quality Shirley Road lotions, oils and soaps. The formulation of the lotions have changed to include unhealthy ingredients like parabens. The ingredients read like a list of chemicals. The Black Opium Lotion scent changed and causes us allergy problems. We are disappointed and won't be buying those products again. read more

I thought this store was supposed to be small business selling their one of a kind crafts, trinkets, clothes etc. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed. I love Halloween and am always on the hunt for decor. The issue I have with Ivy and Sage is that apparently they allow people to just resell things they got from other stores at OUTRAGEOUS prices. For example, the bride and Frankenstein busts are $100 here. These are originally from TJ maxx and homegoods for like $25 (I know because I have both). It took me 2 years to find the Frankenstein's monster bust because resellers buy up everything and then resell it for an arm and a leg. I will never come here again if they continue to allow resellers in their shop. read more

I hate the way I feel stepping into this store! I had visited as a new mom years ago, looking for an outing to get out of the house with my newborn. Back then they followed me around the entire store because of my stroller. Clearly not subtle making sure I didn't steal anything. I worked retail for 10 years, I know how it goes. But it was awful. I just visited again with my same daughter, 3 years later, no stroller, and it was no different. Not a single hello, not a single smile. Fufilling my vintage farmhouse dreams! I absolutely love this spot! I came here with my mother and her friend during Christmas time and HOLY MOLY...there was everything Christmas and more! If youre looking for decorations for yourself, or an awesome gift for someone else, look no further. Yes, their styles inside the store are modern farmhouse but there are also smaller vendors located in the store with other styles in which you can shopfrom as well. From home decor, clothing, to custom dog tags...they have a little bit of everything!
