This is a tough one because I'm torn between a three and a four for this review. It's a large store with a pretty broad variety of merchandise. You can find a lot of seasonal items here but as others have said the quality of those items is not consistent. Pricing is okay with some sales occasionally. I really like this store. I didn't realize they had other locations in the valley besides one I'd seen In Peoria. We decided to stop in to see what furniture for the patio and such for one of my kids living on this side of town. We ended up finding some other great things as well for ourselves. We recently remodeled our home through an interior designer and I was shocked she recommended so many items through At Home. We ended up shopping in person and ordered some items online. The in-person went 10/10 fantastic we had one item that was missing a piece so we called and they let us pick up the piece from another box. The online orders one came out perfect, the other was 9 frames that all came shattered. I was kind of bummed they wouldn't refund the $20 delivery fee as we had to order them again. I reached out to At Homes customer service and they did end up refunding that as well. read more

Pat was so helpful when he noticed my interest in the nutcracker and moved him up to the front for me and even looked into how he could break it down for me for easier transport. I like this store for a lot of reasons. They have a great selection of seasonal items. But you have to get there early in season or stuff sells out quickly. But I love to walk around and check everything out. Service is a bit scarce and often it's hard to find an employee to help you. read more

We moved here in July from California. We were looking for so pottery recently and a gal in Flower Child recommended we try At Home - they have everything! I told her we had them in California, but I didn't know they were in Arizona! The store is 30 minutes from our new house but well worth the drive! I've been here four times. A special shout out to Patrick who helped me with some furniture and to Tracie in the front cashier area. I like this store for affordable decor items. But the restrooms are probably the most disgusting public restrooms I've ever used. On one occasion there was the most disgusting mess I've ever seen, I won't go into detail. Last weekend I went in again and it was just dirty. This place is not to bad, Big in inventory, many items to choose from. And you can catch a good clearance sale. We just moved to the area, and decided to replace our patio cushions. And guess what, they had a large selection on clearance. We still spent close to $300, but were happy what we got. Now there were a couple of negatives here, Yes, very understaffed. Might and will be in a long line to check out. Which I believe is a plan to hope you might pick something out of the items they have there by the lines. Checking out at this place can be a hassle, but it's generally because they are very busy, not because they do not have enough registers open. The deals are pretty good, and I've found a lot of unique things here for gifts to family around the holidays. They also have a great selection of patio cushions at reasonable prices, as well as inexpensive outdoor rugs which my dogs appreciate as I put them out during the summer so they do not burn themselves laying on the brick pavers of my patio. The only bummer is this place is pretty large, and the wife likes to wander though aimlessly looking at everything, touching, turning things over and considering if we really need to find a home for this lonely garden gnome she may find by itself on an aisle somewhere. So going here can be a bit time consuming but I love my wife and it makes her happy so I try not to sigh too loudly when she suggests another trip here 'just to look'. read more

I love the At Home store and I am excited about this new location! I had to check it out today and I spent way too much time shopping. I really didnt need anything either. They have everything from holiday decor, furniture and some of the basic necessities. It's like Home Goods on crack. My only complaint, and I've found the same problem at the Tempe and Mesa locations, it's like impossible to find an employee for help or assistance. I went there today 9/19/23 to purchase a large gingerbread house and a few other items since my birthday is coming up. However, I haven't received my birthday coupon and this was the only time I could go to the store. I spoke to the cashier who was a female in her early 70's and she was not very polite and was asking me to come back to he store after the coupon was sent to my email and I only had a week to get the discount. I had fun at this warehouse store for home items and decor. Mid+ pricing, fair to good quality for the price point on most items. I purchased barstools at a the buy one get on 50% off weekend. It was convenient to sit and look at each stool prior to buying as opposed to shopping on line. Bonus: When you sign up for their perks program you receive a 10%off coupon for your next purchase. The store manager so called Cory is straight rude. Worst retail manager I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered online for curb side and the email said the order will be ready within 24 hours. No email. So I called the store to see about my pickup order. Manager said she had no idea when it will be ready and are 30 orders behind. She was rude and never apologized once. Then hung up the phone on me. Canceling my order now and will never shop here again. BTW the employees dont wear masks or wipe the shopping carts as well. This was my mother's and my first time visiting one of these stores. It's quite large and has a wide variety of furniture and accessories. We thought the furniture was a bit high priced but the accessories, such as decor, rugs, and art was priced well. The cashier was very friendly and signed me up for the rewards program. No clue how this place stays open.. They don't even have cashiers staffed to take your money. Stopped in for a gift card and had to wait 30 minutes because only had one person working the registers! Multiple people abandoned their purchases and left the store. I can't imagine how much revenue they are losing per day doing business like this. We stopped in to just check it out and bought an outdoor solar powered light with re-chargeable battery. It lasted 1 hour after being in the sun all day. Their products just seem cheap quality. The manager at this location is the rudest retail manager I have ever dealt with. First off, I guess she was mad because she had to back up the cashiers because there were like 6 people in line. Secondly she didn't even greet me when I came to her line. I had a return of patio cushions that I purchased there 3 days prior. She refused to take 2 of them back and claimed they were dirty, although I didn't even use them so I believe the mark was on there when I puschased them.
