We had a recent dog diarrhea accident in one room - it's gone along with the smell. We had 18 months of foot traffic from the garage - that area now looks almost new. We had an extra carpet rectangle by our back slider door, under which was perfectly untouched carpet. He cleaned the dirty area next to it so well that we tossed the extra piece and it all looks great. Ronnie worked for nearly 4 hours, detailing every inch of 7 areas including the vertical faces of the stairs, not just the flat steps. Our 13 year old carpet looks and feels practically new again. 5/31/19: My husband contacted a few carpet cleaners yesterday for quotes and we are so glad we found Ronnie. We were able to schedule an appointment for TODAY! Primarily, we only needed to clean our hallway upstairs due to some accidents from our dogs which left stains and was difficult to clean on our own. Ronnie also offered to clean our stairs as well. Price was $75 with additional $60 for preventative treatment. He did an amazing job; exceeded our expectations. Awesome job! Ronnie got out a lot of foot traffic and food stains on our very large area rug. The carpet company we used last year left some stains. Chem-Dry even got those stains out. Great service. Ronnie was very responsive - answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. We had a recent flood. Had to rebuild. Getting our carpets cleaned was our last step in this process. I appreciated how he was able to give me a rough estimate of the cost over the phone and when he arrived he took measurements of the rooms and spaces that need to be cleaned. From there, he provided the final cost. The reason I appreciated the fact that he took measurements of the spaces is because sometimes I feel as though (as with my previous experience with other carpet cleaners) there is no reasoning behind the cost, such as differences in pricing from rooms to hallways to stairs. Whereas with the Ronnie's cost and process, it all made sense since he measured the spaces and calculated cost accordingly. He didn't just guess. He had a process. From the first call to inquire about availability and pricing, Ronnie was wonderful. Professional, clear, and fair. He helped give an estimate and I scheduled a cleaning for the whole house. It has now been two weeks since he came out and I could not be any happier with the results. We have lived in our home for over 25 years and I like to maintain our carpets. It has served us well and we have been able to get LOTS of life out of our carpets by doing this. Over the years, we have used both steam cleaning and Chem-Dry companies. The first 15 years or so, we only went with steam. Later we switched over to Chem Dry and felt like it resulted in cleaner carpets that stay clean longer. However, the company that we usually use (from a few cities over) did a disappointing job the last time. So, seeing Ivy Green's reviews (and reading that Ronnie was local), I decided to try someone new. I am so glad to have found Ronnie. While here, he was thorough and conscientious. Our current carpet is not that old, but it was VERY flat through the traffic areas. We had chosen a different fiber than our old carpet and, although I love the softness of this one, I was discouraged with how it was holding up. Ronnie brought those areas all back to LIFE!! Truly! It's always fun when you get to give a positive review and you wish there were more than five stars that you could give. This is absolutely one of those times. We have two new puppies that did a number on our carpet (number 1 and number 2 to be exact). I did a quick Google search to get a starting point and Ivy Green Chem-Dry came up. I took a quick look at the services and had a few questions so I wrote them an email. This was about 7pm on a Sunday. To my surprise, I got a call back from Ronnie (the owner) about an hour later. He was able to answer all of my questions and explain how the pricing worked. I felt comfortable with the info I got so I scheduled the appointment. I received a confirmation phone call the day before the appointment and reaffirmed the agreed upon time. Ronnie wasn't on time...he was early! Knowing that I was on a budget, we spoke at length about how to maximize the service for what I could spend. There was no up-selling or bait-and -switch. Just honest conversation where I was given options. While he was here doing the work, we had a chance to chat and I found him to be an extremely pleasant person who enjoys what he does. It also became very obvious that great customer service while providing a great professional service is his top priority.
