I have to say that I was very pleased with Starbrite Carpet Cleaning. I explained to Kenny what I needed done and he was able to comply. I had a previous bad experience with another carpet cleaning company. Within days of having the carpets cleaned all the spots reappeared and the barstools they cleaned had water marks. It was a terrible job to say the least. Kenny explained his process of pre-spotting and vigorously shampooing the spots. And he also shampooed the barstools. He was able to promptly schedule an appointment and was right on time. It's been a couple of weeks and the spots have yet to return. And the barstools look beautiful. We needed 2 heavily used rooms, stairs, sofa and loveseat steamed clean. The price was fair and reasonable. He has pricing on his website. He was great about giving us a courtesy call that they were running about 30 mins behind from a previous job, and arrived by the time they promised. They pre-treated and spotted the pet urine we had from new puppies and they came out pretty good, most are totally gone. The odor is for sure gone. I called Ken to schedule a cleaning for my formal dinning room rug to be treated and cleaned before Thanksgiving & having family/friends over. With that being said they came out 2 days earlier than our original appointment due to an opening and I was so excited! Ken and Jessie (sorry if I messed up the name) came out and where done within 15 minutes top!! It so so quick, easy and efficient. They were so nice, accommodating and even gave me a discount (I was so surprised and so grateful). I explained I have a puppy and we are learning and unfortunately my poor new nice expensive rug took a beating and I wanted it cleaned before having everyone over. After using the same company for 20 plus years and never thinking I'd ever change to another one... I did. Started using Star Brite Carpet about a year ago. I had horrible urine stains on my carpets that turn 2 black because of the dirt and the traffic. Ken came out told me he would do the best he could considering how bad they were. He and his crew worked miracles. I wish I would have taken before and after photos. Starbright definitely stands behind their word. They are honest, dependable, very affordable. Since then of course doggies keep going potty and spots and stains are here again. So I called Starbright, they came out gave me an estimate on new carpet. Ken advised me hey I'll take your money if you want to spend it but as long as you have your dogs they're going to continue peeing on your carpet and you will be just just wasting your money and throwing it away. Oh my gosh, what can I say, but Ken is awesome! I came home today, a Friday afternoon, to find that my dog had been sick multiple times throughout our home, including on both of our couches and on the recliner. It was a disgusting mess, one that I could not take care of myself. In a panic, I began calling all around to see who I could get to the house and how soon. At four o'clock before the weekend, you can imagine the machines that answered. Ken called back, and even though he was already done for the day, he came right over! I couldn't believe his willingness and generosity to do the job on such short notice and so late in the afternoon.
