Great service!!!!! Called for a quote and Carlos came out the next day. I was given good advice that reflected the research that I had done. Shortly after he left I received a quote and license and insurance information I had requested. The quote was a fair price. I immediately approved the quote and was asked to pay a small deposit to secure my appointment which was two days later (by my request). They showed up on time and proceeded to get straight to work. They were very careful not to allow there hoses to damage or leave marks on my walls and baseboards. The job they did was wonderful! Looks like a new floor. I scheduled a tile and grout cleaning service for a kitchen, kitchen and hallway and two restrooms and also carpet cleaning service. Two bedrooms, a stairway, landing of stairway and small hallway. I was quoted a particular price and was charged more than I was quoted the tile and grout cleaning was a very very poor job. They came in with a floor scrubbing machine and only cleaned where the machine can go they bid not clean at the corners or around the toilets these areas should have been cleaned by hand. after using the scrubbing machine, they did not do a final mop and dry to show that final product. They just left the dirty water to dry on the tone and after the water dried, it left a heavy residue throughout all the floor tile .Seeing that they're large, scrubbing machine cannot access the areas.I do not recommend this company. The carpet cleaning was decent. I'll go after leaving the areas the carpet cleaning equipment left water on my laminate flooring that also will not cleaned up and left residue on the laminate after the water had dried .After voicing my dislike of the job, they came out to inspect the work and offered to re-clean, but stated that there would be no difference. In the final outcome. Pretty much telling me that's the best they can do. I declined the offer and hired a different company to come out and do the work correctly. Just a quick comparison to a cleaning job you would expect if you take your car to the car wash you would expect them to vacuum the vehicle properly wash and dry your car surface and windows leaving your car, clean and dry with no streaks on your paint job or windows. I was expecting the tile and grout cleaning to be clean and dry throughout all areas of the tile surface. Obviously, this did not happen. My daughter didn't request the entry way to be cleaned your technician cleaned it by mistake then charged for it your quote was $249.00 for the tile and $249.00 for the carpet you charged $253.00 clearly charging more than the quoted. After you offered to redo the job after seeing the your technician did a bad job.I stated I had some meetings today and if you could come on a different day you then rejected to come back a later date. Also if there are sealers on the tile is not a question, you should ask your customers before giving a quote for services aren't you the professional. I was not looking to see my tile looking like if it was brand new. I hired you to clean the tile and grout. Obviously it was a bad job otherwise you will not have offered to redo it. And when I get my car washed, I don't expect it to look brand new I expect it to be clean. keyword is clean. That is what we hired you to do and obviously you did not do it. read more
