The chairs for patients are extremely uncomfortable. The patient sinks into the chair and has a serious problem getting up. This place has no windows. The only ventilation is air conditioning that is mostly turned off. After 15 minutes of waiting, 10 patients start having trouble breathing and all cough at once. It is very dangerous for people with asthma. People wait in the hallway or street to avoid coughing. (Maybe keeping the door open will help). Recently I had three doctor's appointments in one day. One appointment was cancelled, and I got there 2 hours early. This place is always full of patients. The nurse Practitioner who usually takes care of me had time to go outside 3 times... I waited exactly 2 hours to be seen for a 5-minute procedure. Next time I will think twice. The choice is yours!

The PT refused to touch her and do manual, and this is not the first time I heard that this happens at this horrific place. They don't care in the least about what's best for the patients. I begged my daughter to call the insurance company to complain and make sure they don't get paid for the two horrible visits, but she didn't have more time to waste on them. If you healthy then perhaps Jag is good for you, but if you have any problem at all -- STAY AWAY! They will do more damage than they will help!

After coming in for a free consultation (which they do offer if you call and ask) Greg my physical therapist gave me a full breakdown on what my problem was and after the consulatation I decided to stick here because of how he not only explained to me my potential problem, but also educated me as to why my lower back pain was present. After about a month of consistent therapy they lead me back to having a normal life without anymore back pain!!! And if i do have back pain here and there, i refer to what Greg and the exercise specialist taught me.
