Excellent, 4.5 star!…read more This shop (which is found right between Dicks Sporting Goods and Best Buy) has the single largest selection of both Tennessee Volunteers and MTSU Blue Raiders gear in all of Middle Tennessee. Finally, a shop where I can go in and shop comfortably without having to look at hideous Bama or Gators crap, just because there's bandwagons all over the area! This is true Tennessee shopping right here. Their selection is unmatched in shirts, hats, apparel, jewelry, accessories, stickers & decals, tumblers, flags, even kids clothing and many other goods. They have an impressive selection of polos, button downs, and jackets/outerwear that you will not find elsewhere. Very nice options and quality clothing from a vast array of vendors such as Nike, Cutter & Buck, Volunteer Traditions, etc. The only reason for the loss of half a star is that the prices on many of these items are quite costly (i.e. $80 for an MTSU golf polo)... Regardless, they have the market cornered on the nice, quality, hard to find items that no other brick and mortar retail shop has. We've been several times and will continue to go for their fantastic options, stellar selection, and friendly hosts.

I was on the hunt for updated sandals and for whatever seemed an endless search on Google lead me to them. The ones I wanted were pretty much sold out everywhere and color me red flagged that this was the only place available. After doing my diligence I did see it was local to the Tennessee area and it did have a Yelp so that checked off boxes enough to make a purchase and although it ended up not working in the end for me I can say I'm a fan of theirs based on experience alone. As I mentioned above I placed an order for two pairs of Nike sandals and I was floored to see in about 3 days my order was already arriving to California. I know delivery issues has been a million dollar situation with the pandemic so I was happy to see at least one transaction go right. The items ended up being unfortunately too small which bummed me out big time and I was dreading the task of doing a return from 3000+ miles away, but I must say the staff here is superb. I ended up talking to Paige (well the wife to coin her credit) and she thoroughly explained the return process and since I was dumb enough to toss out the boxes prior to wearing them I ended up paying a slight fee for the return processing, but hey it's better than keeping the sandals as a swell paperweight. Beyond that all staff that were interacted with were top notch and down to earth. You'd say a true depiction of what the South can truly offer and that is something you rarely see on the West Coast. I do admit the crediting back to my card took a bit longer than anticipated, but if that's the only nitpick I have then at least that speaks volumes to the experience. All in all I am a fan and I have actually gone back to check out the other items they have and deep down I know this is not my final purchase here. A+ all around and certainly not a twist of the arm to shop here at all. Kudos!

Several employees were watching us the entire time. I asked to try on one t-shirt in the fitting room and I guess this raised there suspicions of us even more because once I walked to the register there was a security guard waiting. I felt the energy from the employees and once I pulled out my wallet to pay at the counter the employee looked very flustered. I would never recommend this store because they STEREOTYPE CUSTOMERS. Unacceptable.

I've had the pleasure of visiting twice now. They sell many great brands, and on both visits, had GREAT sales! I could kick myself for not buying a Kavu bag when it was marked down from $50.00 to $20.00! When I went back, they were all gone! The staff is incredibly friendly. I think I was asked twice on each visit if I needed help with anything. If you're looking for active wear or jackets/coats, you definitely need to check this place out. Again, especially because of their sales! (I almost don't want to post this because they may sell out of the jacket I want!) While they offer some shoes, their selection is fairly limited.

I've been to the other location multiple times and have bought quite a few items there- three north face sweaters, reef flip flops for my fiancé and some trucker hats. Last night we were browsing but did not buy anything. There were two cute bulldogs in the store my friend and I stopped to pet, and the guy working seemed nice enough to let us do so. A young girl came over and asked us if she could help us with anything, and I told her we were "just browsing." After a total of about 5 minutes we said, "thank you for letting us look around" and headed for the door so we could get to dinner. Before we left I asked the man if I could "quickly use the ladies room because I'm 7 months pregnant and peeing is like a new hobby." He looked at me with a cold straight face and said, "we do not have a bathroom here and we are closing." As we left, my friend told me she knew exactly where the bathroom was located in the store and we both agreed the man was extremely rude, short with me, and obviously aggravated we didn't buy anything. I understand he probably had to get to his Tinder date or something but as a woman who is 7 months pregnant, having to wait to pee until we drove to the restaurant was very uncomfortable. I was shocked by this mans demeanor and based on principle alone I will never shop at Bink's again. What a jerk.
