Shocking how great of a job and service all other people received. All we got was a crap job and a bunch of excuses why it wasn't done correctly. I COMPLETELY REGRET TAKING My TRUCK HERE. My experience with them is the worst for a job paid and horrible customer service, lack of communication. Pictures are worth a thousand words and I have couple pictures to prove how crappy the job was done. Mind you the ball was on their court last time we spoke and I stopped waiting for them to come to my house to fix the work that needed correcting. (They themselves offered to come to my house and do it yet still hasn't been done!!!!!!) I wouldn't want them touching my truck ever again!!!!!!!! And the lines of communication have been closed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll have the last word through this review and make sure others know of what and how they can do a job. We wanted to chrome delete my truck. They never told my husband and I they couldn't wrap handles. My husband NEVER said " it doesn't have to be perfect" because trust me, they didn't do a near perfect job anyways!!!!!!! I didn't expect perfect, but damn!!!!!,,,,, the job they did was garbage. Don't expect it to last either. There was bubbles all over and the vynal was lifting and the vynal was not covering all the chrome in some areas THE DAY I WENT TO PICK IT UP. Mind you, They had it for almost THREE DAYS!!!!!! I did point out certain things when I picked it up the FIRST-time. And mentioned that I'll be bringing it back to get it corrected. There was bubbles in other spots and I know if those ripped, those spots could lift over time through washing my truck or just over time. My truck isn't that old and well taken care of for how old it is. Couple of the areas needed correction were done. However, he couldn't do the handles and said he had told us. (LIE). He ordered black handles and didn't realize that they werent the keyless entry handles my truck came with. (INCONVENIENCE) the keyless entry handles I took to another place to get wrapped and they seemed to do get the job done right! I could post our conversations and show the excuses they gave us and all that but the work done speaks louder. My passenger door STILL looks like crap with bubbles ALL along the window seal. It's horrible!!!!!!!! I have little kids and I can't be left without a car to transport us around so they couldn't take their time and still not get it right. It was such an inconvenience!!!!!!!!!!! Took it back a second time to get some parts fixed. I told them that too. I can't be taking back time and time again because they couldn't do the job right the first time! NEVER. AGAIN. My mind is blown how they can be ok with a job like this. I'll release the messages about them saying "I completely forgot about this" and never messaged back about the time I wanted them to return to fix the work. I never gave them my address because I wanted them to be ok with the time I had thrown out there but they never replied. They are LIARS AND I WILL RELEASE THE MESSAGES SHOWING THEY LIED ABOUT COMING TO FIX IT AND FORGOT TO COME OUT. Once I posted this review he fessed up about forgetting to reply to me or even coming out to fix the window. End of story.......My experience, my rating. read more

We brought our 2022 Chevy Tahoe High Country in for a front end Kavaca Ceramic PPF wrap, Kavaca IR window tint, and silver package Ceramic coating (Ceramic Pro) on the 2/3 of the vehicle (what did not get wrapped). Quality was great, timeliness was efficient. Inky Wraps will absolutely get my next vehicle (Rivian R1T) when purchased, for the same experience.
