They explained that the factory tint didn't need to be removed, which was a pleasant surprise and made the whole process much easier. I decided to go with ceramic tint all around, bringing the windows to about 20%, and went with 5% on the moonroof. Everything came out looking great, and I'm really happy with the finished look. The process was easy from start to finish, and I appreciated how quickly they were able to get me in. Great competitive pricing. Great work guys!

Blue's Glass Tinting was super responsive on Yelp and had reasonable pricing. And they are located close to where my brother now lives. I told my brother to make an appointment and they booked him about a week out. We sent in a deposit for the appointment. Well he dropped off the car today and got it back in a few hours. No more bubbly tint! I told my brother it was his birthday present from me so he's happy and I'm happy that he can now see out the back windshield at night. Although their price was slightly higher (but not by much), I chose them because of their prompt response and professionalism--I was ready to get my window fixed without further delays. Joe explained that the glass would take about four days to arrive and that prepayment was required. He clearly outlined the next steps and sent an invoice shortly after. The entire process--from my Yelp request to receiving the invoice--was completed within an hour. The next day, Joe called to let me know the glass had already arrived and that I could bring my car in. Since I was at work, I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. When I arrived, I expected to wait and brought a book to read--but I barely finished a page before they told me the job was done. The entire installation took about 10 minutes. I bought a 2026 Toyota Tundra that when I drove home from the dealership after purchasing, the sun was going down, and since the white hood was freshly washed, and therefore very glossy, the angle of the sun reflected directly into my eyes, making it very difficult to drive without distraction. I looked online to see if Toyota Tundras had been discussed having this issue, and found it was the design shape of the hood that was to blame. I immediately searched for wrap/tint shops that might be the remedy, since the testimonials I was reading online showed that this was the fix. Wrapros was immediately identifiable, via their website, which clearly spelled out their product and services. I called them and got a person, Peter, who made the case that tinting 35% the windshield would effectively cut the glare out. In addition, the hood section closest to the windshield could be partially wrapped with matt-black wrap, to insure the sun bounce was eliminated. After a couple of hours I returned to a new truck that was vastly better looking than when I drove it off the lot, and now it also was safe to drive into the sun!! Thank you, Wrapros. Just had my Truck wrapped with wrap pros and the process was very smooth! Peter and Thomas were very professional throughout the whole process from the estimate to the follow up/communication all the way up to pick up. Their designer Anthony was amazing he's definitely super skilled he nailed my design idea first try ! I dropped off my truck in the morning and it was done later that same day! Time is money and they know that and they sure made the effort to make sure it was done as soon as possible which is a big plus. Just had our Escalade windshield and front windows tinted by Wrapros before taking it to Lake Mead over the Labor Day holiday weekend. Luckily, if you pay via credit card, you will get a refund for poor service. From my experience, the tint job was sloppy. There was tiny wrapping left on the floor and along the back window. What is worse was when my headrest were not returned back to the right spot. My middle headrest was put on the sides. Does that even make sense? The middle one is clearly the smaller one. The time it took was longer than mentioned and when you question it, all Mark says it's because "good work takes time" but in fact he is just taking on another car. Look at my picture, those are bubbles from after a month. Asked mark to have it fixed, I keep getting a run around. Now he claims I do not have an invoice which I never received. This guy is a bully, fraud, and cheat! BBB has been notified by their poor business practices. This guy gonna lie and ask for an invoice, which he will never create when he knows the job is shoddy. My option is go ELSEWHERE. Make a smart choice and go somewhere legitimate. Remember if the price is low, so is the quality. My setup: * XPEL XR Plus with lifetime warranty * 55% windshield * 20% front windows * 70% rear windows/drop glass to match the factory privacy glass * Customer-supplied custom honeycomb headlight and taillight tint, hand-cut and installed on-site (no pre-cut templates available for the R2) One thing that really impressed me was that they actually measured the factory panoramic roof glass and showed me that it already had excellent UV and heat rejection. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, they recommended leaving the roof alone, which saved me money. That honesty earned my trust. They also took the time to meter the factory rear privacy glass so the final appearance would be uniform. The front and rear windows match extremely well, which was one of my biggest concerns before choosing a shop. I also brought my own headlight and taillight film. Although they don't normally install customer-supplied material, they were willing to work with me, and because there weren't pre-cut templates available for the new R2, they hand-cut everything on the vehicle. The finished product looks fantastic and really complements the vehicle. Another huge plus was that they completed everything the same day, even with the additional custom work on the lighting. Overall, the workmanship, attention to detail, honesty, and customer service exceeded my expectations.
