Highly recommend this place. We needed our car tinted and after calling several places I decided to go with them. Their prices were comparable to other places, however, their hospitality was far beyond everyone else's. Matthew is so generous of his time and was so kind over the phone. He explained everything and didn't sway me in any direction. He basically told me what my options were and let me decide what was best for my situation. He set me up with an appointment for my Honda. I went in on the day of my appt. and I didn't have to wait. He took me right in and a few hours later, my car was done. I was a little concerned because I could see some bubbles in the tint, however, he assured me that they would disappear and they did. January 2025. I had these guys remove some window tint. We inherited my father-in-law's Honda and it had dark tint everywhere like it was a gangbanger thug's car trying to hide something. Anyway, that was the way my father-in-law must've bought it because he wouldn't have done such an idiotic thing to his new car. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! BUBBLES FORMED ONLY AFTER 3 YEARS OF INSTALLATION. I got my tinting done in 2016 and now in 2019 i have bubbles all over my tinting...ONLY AFTER 3 YEARS. I called to get the issue resolved and I was dismissed and told to contact the manufacturer when really it was OPERATOR ERROR. I had my car windows tinted at Shades, including the back window of the convertible top. I didn't know that having the back window tinted on a convertible would cause the window to become unglued from the upholstery. I wasn't informed by the installer that the window would possibly drop or I wouldn't have had the back window tinted. The window did drop, but Shades would not accept the responsibility. I ended up paying a upholstery shop to replace the entire glass & the material which is attached and glued by the manufacturer. I I ended up paying 4 times the amount I paid shades to tint my windows to the upholstery shop. I'm aware of their reputation as installers, however, I'd appreciate a refund I paid to have my windows tinted. It would've been professional of them to pay the repairs and to accept responsibility for the back window being damaged. read more
