I went to the Apple store to see if they could help me fix my phone. After waiting for 15 minutes for them to attend me, they finally came to take a look. Literally looked at it for 15 seconds and quoted me $200 to replace the screen. A friend recommended this place so I decided to check it out. Went in and Aza was there. He was super helpful and friendly, asked me questions about what was wrong and even brought out another original iPhone screen to show me which chip might actually be damaged. He quoted a price substantially lower and also said it would only take 25 minutes. Mind you I walked in at 6:35 and they close at 7. Super knowledgeable and nice guy. Went in about 2 months ago to get my screen fixed, it was beginning to chip off... found this place on my way to work.. she immediately told me it would only be an hour... Decided to do it.. once I went back to pick up the screen looked perfect... went to work and a couple hours later I started noticing that my screen was going crazy, when I would click a letter it would type the letter next it.. definitely does not work too good anymore.. went back twice to have someone look at it but unfortunately the door was always locked, it was all during the week. Now I'm stuck with this crazy phone... I later found out the Apple Store charges $120 for screen repair, when I paid $100 here... wish I would have known that sooner.. too bad... literally has taken me 20 min to type this review.. definitely will not be coming back read more

This place is horrible. I dropped my iPhone 4 and took it to have the screen replaced. They told me 30 minutes and it took over 3 hours. When I brought my phone home and plugged in to charge, it was getting extremely hot. I brought it back and they told me there was nothing they could do. My phone, even with the cracked screen, was not doing this. They repaired the screen but damaged the internal components (I found this out when I took it to the apple store.) I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. read more

Awesome service. I went weeks with a cracked phone because to be honest customer service at Apple leaves less to be desired. I went in once to sole and after being treated poorly then told to come back five hours later. It just didn't work. After going in to iwireless they were able to take my phone immediately and have my phone up and running two hours later. It's quick and the work done has my phone working better than it was before.
