Sooo I seeked GoCell Mobile Phone Repair a few times! On 3/6/2023, I reached out for an inquiry. They were responsive in quoting and took down the product details to fix my Galaxy Ultra S21's very broken phone screen. Once all the parts were delivered, Agit came to fix it on 3/14/2023. $400 & a fairly quick fix later, my screen was good as new! But exactly a month later, the phone slipped out of my pocket as I sat at a restaurant and the screen went pitch black dark. No scratches on the actual surface but he said the LED underneath was damaged & it would cost another hefty amount to get it fixed as physical damage wouldn't be covered under warranty. Fair enough, but I decided it's not worth spending more money on this phone at this point as it was already a couple years old. Then today I had to fix my work phone screen (yes, I'm clumsy and reckless...). Technitian Feri came over an hour later than scheduled, but fixed it in under half an hour! This one was a really old phone so it was $100 in cash. Their service is great! Communication could be better. Overall, I highly recommend! read more

Update 1: shortly after posting my review, I reached out to the company and was able to get a genuine apple battery installed. However, my phone kept over heating and shutting down when I would charge it. Which never happened until I got the battery replaced. Update 2: I took my phone to the beach and got in the water. My phone is supposed to be water resistant. But I'm going out on a limb here and guess that whatever waterproof seal the phone had was damaged during the screen replacement because guess what- it was no longer waterproof and died immediately. I was left with no cell phone or access to an Apple Store to buy a new phone in a foreign country. Had to buy a new iPhone when I got back. Save your money and just get your stuff replaced at the Apple Store. This was absolutely not worth it. And ended up being more expensive than if I had just gone to apple to begin with. read more

Great, easy experience for fixing my iphone screen as it was getting more and more cracks. Was able to book for 2 days later, when I was able to have them take my phone for a few hours. They contacted me to confirm a time for pick up that would work well and said they'd return the phone within ~3 hours. Phone was returned as expected with a brand new screen! They also gave a recommendation for a screen protector to use in the future, which will help prevent future cracks. Replacing my screen cost $330 - and I checked, same price as the apple store, but they came right to me. They did mention discounts for teachers, military, etc. read more
