However, the problem was after my visit. Horrible communication with the doctor's office staff. They kept calling my mom's cellphone number for my blood test results and for ultrasound appointment. I never heard back about my ultrasound results and I never got my skin cream that the doctor said she was going to give me. I asked for it again the second time I visited the office too (for forms). Also, you have to call at least 10 times to talk to someone on the phone and I waited 2 months for my appointment. Overall, doctor was sweet and informative, but lack of follow through with office staff + doctor, made me not want to back.

She takes all the time you want to go over ever detail of medications, lab results, general health issues. She is very proactive when it comes to dealing with any issue that you present. The friend who referred me to Dr. Ng literally owes her life to Dr. Ng who diagnosed in very early stages cancer of her kidney, and who is now completely recovered and healthy. You can call her any time of day or night and you get HER, not her exchange. She gives you email and cell phone. The best medical treatment I have ever found. I think it's pretty cool that she has medical students in her practice and she has them come in first to see what's going on, then she comes in with them to teach them, as well as to care for me.
