The service was never provided. Despite multiple requests over the past week, the $150 has not been refunded. Venmo refund requests were declined and the payment was cashed out. Based on my experience, I would not prepay or rely on confirmed appointments.

They finished the cleaning within a reasonable amount of time and even left a pink flower with a thank you note card (never seen that before)! I had a great experience from the time I contacted them to the end of the process. They were friendly while booking, listened to me and were realistic with pricing. They got me in as soon as they could as well. I have a strange parking situation and they were able to text the night before to tell me how many were coming etc. The two women that cleaned were so nice. They worked really hard and listened to my concerns. When I came back the place looked great. I paid extra for them to do the stove/ oven and it looked brand new. I feel comfortable moving my things in now due to their attention to detail. I would use their services again, will most likely have them come in a month or so to do a light cleaning. A few boxes she says . Well 24 hrs later and 4 carloads to her new place up 2 flats of stairs ( I haven't had stayed for 3 years and I can tell . Not only did they proved services within 3 hrs time but they we re extremely professional and polite . Courteous and professional . The team of 4 worked there butts off for a few hours and left the place move in ready . Not only do they act quickly ( getting there ) but they are very detail oriented during the cleaning .
