Out of all the companies I reached out to for quotes, Shaun was the most responsive and even called me to discuss the details of the install within an hour of my request. At the time of install, they were able to drop 3 lines without needing to cut into my drywall (using existing coax lines to pull the new ethernet cables). Towards the end, he was even able to help relocate my Spectrum modem from the living to my office, something Spectrum wanted to send a tech for in a separate appointment.
