The day of the party they didn't show up so I waited 20 mins and called to see if they needed help with directions. Luckily Scott answered the phone but had not checked his schedule or sent the truck. He said they would be there in 40 minutes. An hour later the truck showed up with the happy birthday song playing quietly. I was hoping things were getting better but the lady with the truck was not the friendliest, there was no birthday bag or special treatment for the birthday girl that was included except for a larger cup and there definitely wasn't an hour of Hawaiian entertainment. Luckily the kids still enjoyed but I would recommend renting a truck from a different Kona ice owner.
