My story started with ordering the rear cargo mat of a 4Runner. I read that lasfit offers very good quality at a cheaper price. Unfortunately I ordered for the wrong model of the 4Runner. Once the product arrived, I placed it inside the trunk only to discover it was the wrong type ( shape). I gave them an email explaining my mistake but then they just offered to provide me with the rear cargo mat free of charge. And that product arrived within two days from each other. They are scammer. They did a scan on my vehicle back in October 2024 and told me I will get a free set of mats once they have them in stock. It has been 9 months and they are already selling it as listed on their website for Mercedes 2022 C300. I never received call from them. Product doesn't last.... I have a 2022 Tacoma, that has never been in harsh conditions or been off road. I installed LASFIT lights for all 6 lights (low/high and fog - both sides) These lights are exactly 2 years old, and they are starting to quit on me. I have been ordering LED lamps from LASFIT for the past few years and have been impressed with the brightness and durability. Especially the switchback lamps, which are fantastic for dusty conditions while driving off road. I was in the market for floormats and recently ordered LASFIT floormats (front, rear, and cargo) for my wife's Tesla Model Y. They arrived to our house within two days and I immediately realized I made a mistake by inadvertently ordering mats for the Model 3 instead of the Y. I reached out to LASFIT customer service via their online chat. Even though the error was completely mine, they applied their no hassle return policy and the correct mats were delivered just a couple days later. I installed the mats last night. I have used other laser measured all-weather floormat brands on other vehicles we own. LASFIT is by far the superior mat in fit, feel, and presentation. I normally don't like to see a company logo on my floormats; however, the LASFIT logo looks clean and I'm actually happy it's there. It compliments the clean, modern interior of the Tesla. Like many people, I hated the stock halogen lights that come in older cars. I tried out some of the Xenon light options sold on Amazon, but always ran into problems with the lights being too dim, not color accurate, taking time to warm up, or even having the lights flicker off when hitting a bump on the road. I bought one of LASFIT headlights and have been nothing less than satisfied with the quality and build of the headlight. Mines also comes with a 2 year warranty which gives me full confidence that I will not have to worry about my headlights for a very long time. Sure, you can go with cheaper LED light options or try out xenon lights. I've used aftermarket light kits on past vehicles, but this is the first time I've used not only an LED light kit, but a company based in the US and I think it makes a huge difference. I'm absolutely blown away by the quality and craftsmanship by LASFIT's product. I'm using the H11B's on my Hyundai Veloster Turbo and the difference between the 'bs' stock halogen Hyundai provides and the LASFIT LED bulb is incomparable. The finished product "looks" like what the car "should" have looked like had Hyundai gone the extra mile and provided LED lights along with the stock LED DRL's. I was so impressed with the quality of the product that I went ahead and ordered the LED kits for the reverse lights, fogs and high beams. I had heard a lot of good things about LASFIT LED bulbs and was referred by a friend to check them out. They came out with a specific headlight fitment for my vehicle so I decided it was time to try them out and upgrade my headlights. I went in and purchased the set, went home, installed one side and found the other side would not fit. So, I went back and asked them to take a look. They seemed confused why it wouldn't fit and asked me to pull inside their garage. Once inside they spent over 30 minutes looking at my headlight assembly trying to figure out what was the issue. Finally after 45 minutes of waiting around they say they got it to fit and apologized. Cool! No problem... But, then once I arrived back home I received a DM on Instagram from them asking me if I could bring my car in to test out the fitment for these bulbs on my vehicle. In exchange for my time they'd give me a free set. Turns out they didn't know I was the same person who was just there and spent over 45 minutes of my time there. When I came to the shop Tommy was the one to help me and was very professional and polite. So a friend of mine claimed he can install my new Lasfit LED lights in my car. Like a fool, I let him attempt to change them out. He ended up losing some parts to the lights, such as the seal, and the top of the light. I, honestly, didn't know what to do. I thought I had to buy new lights on top of professional installation plus see who was able to do it cause the car manufacturer was going to charge me an arm and a leg. I realized they were based out of Ontario, which I'm just in Riverside. I called and spoke to Manny. Really nice guy! I told him my story, and he said the can replace the small parts if they had any used lights on hand. And they did! And I asked if they were open to the public and if they do installs, and they are and they do!! So with no headlights and the sun about to go down, I race over to Ontario. I walked in and said I spoke with Manny. Manny came out and totally helped me out. He replaced the small little parts that were missing from the lights, and they did the install at a very reasonable price! I'm going back to do the fog lights. I bought their brand on Amazon and they were happy to do the install for me with no trouble for buying them some place else. Everything came out perfect!
