We thought that the quote for the cleanup included the way over-grown cactus, but alas, it didn't. Diego explained after he was done that the cleanup for the cactus was much more work.

My relationship started off adequately with the owner who bent over backward to acquire our…read morebusiness. Once established, she sent out her young adult granddaughter and other inexperienced workers. I had them working on cleaning a waterfall and pond at one of our properties we were putting up for sale and they left a mess of it all and didn't even fix the issue. I called Linda back to have her rectify the situation and she charged me again for the work they did not complete the time before. I disputed the charges and told her I was not satisfied with the service her "workers" provided as they had not corrected the issues, left truck oil stains and cigarette butts in my driveway, had forced open the garage door (still left open when we returned home) to look for a broom, left wet rags, did not wash off nasty pond water they left on the patio and dumped the small rocks they cleaned out of the pond into our yard. After all of that, the pond still leaked! A couple of weeks later, I was sent a "payment due" notice by some "artificial" attorney who would not return my calls after the first one; they said they would not hear my dispute and that I should call the Pond-S-Scapes office. After sending a fair payment for the work done and my WRITTEN dispute to both Pond-S-Scapes and the "artificial" attorney out of AZ, I heard NOTHING and thought the matter was rectified. To my disbelief, when we went to closing for the sale of that home seven months later, we were notified Pond-S-Scapes LLC/Linda Wilson had filed A LIEN against the property without notifying us. This was not only underhanded, but unethical as there was no formal dispute process initiated. I see in the Dona Ana County public records that we were not the first ones to whom she applied this tactic. Unfortunately, it appears to be her method of operation if she does not agree with you. If I didn't have empathy for the continued financial woes this woman has (see public records) and the forced payment amount was any larger, I would have taken her to small claims court with my date stamped pictures of the property/pond area and the bills from the other business that remedied the mess her "workers" left. I will never hire this company again and will have nothing good to say about them if anyone asks. It's unfortunate that she could not negotiate a reasonable settlement and build a decent reputation for her business.

We had to call to request the weeds to be cleaned. Meanwhile all the weeds are growing and leaves from the neighbor's trees are still in the yard. They were supposed to cut the branches from the neighbor's trees from our yard and charged $300 extra. Unfortunately, they only cut 4 branches and left the rest. Not $300 worth. The owner never calls. It's been two months now and still need to to have landscape maintained. Two guys installed the front yard, totally not what we designed, and wanted 2 birds of paradise. Only one put in and charged way more than the plants are worth! I paid over $2000 for the service. Not worth it! Buyer BEWARE!

He approached us months after we first reaches out as it seems he needed money. My first red flag should have been that he needed payment upfront to get the materials. Not a good way to run a business. First - the grading is terrible. They laid the. Rick trim down first before grading anything and that is evident with the pools of rain water that collect all around our porch instead of flowing away and around the porch. 2nd - they didn't level or grade at all before the turf was laid down. It's bumpy and has kinda and low spots all over. Mainly right at the porch that. Now floods. He came back after it was done and I expressed my issues and was pretty much ignored with a "if it wasn't so hot we would have done better". For someone that claimed they wanted to get into home inspections, I'd expect better. We now are planning on re doing it with someone more capable and qualified. We did get a deal on the project but at this point I should have just paid more for the other guy. I give this two stars for the "deal" and the shirt time frame it took to do the job. Otherwise, I would avoid organ mountain landscapers unless you get some sort of guarantee of work. It's too late now to go back to them but with this years rains, it's evident we got a bad deal. We are glad to have the turf but the quality overall is sub par.
