Since Sebring has no pediatric hospital I had to go down to Miami to get my baby checked into the emergency room because she had a possible seizure. I left multiple messages for the doctor to call me back with the nurse on call and nobody called me back for an entire week and a half!!!!! Thankfully after 2days in the hospital in observation and running numerous tests, the results were negative Thank God! I called the doctors office and spoke with the front desk who advised me that in order for me to speak with the doctor, I would have to come in. I asked if they had received any of my messages and they advised that they did receive them but in order for me to speak with the doctor I had to go in person. A simple phone call from Dr.Camillo asking how she was doing prior to me coming in for a follow up appointment would have been the professional thing to do. But she refused to call me and required me to come in person. Again, absolutely no bedside manners whatsoever!!!!! We will NEVER go back there again! On top of that, the front desk is VERY unprofessional, whether you're in person or over the phone one of the front desk girls constantly calls you "Babe" .... What is that?! Either call me by my last name, first name or "Mam". But it's extremely unprofessional to be calling patients mothers "Babe"!

Not anymore, he does not listen to us, even when we are in pain, he refuses to give any referral. About 2 months ago I went to Dr. Kundlas with an issue in my left knee that I had replaced one year ago. He would not renew my referral for my orthopedic Dr. and said my problem will go away on its own. I had to go back 2 more times until he finally gave me the referral. I saw him about a month ago to renew my referrals for my Urologist and Cardiologist. He refused me again saying I don't need them and all I need is him! I told him I have had a Urologist and Cariologist for decades for my ongoing issues with my prostate and heart with 5 stents. He said, "that's not the way an HMO works". He further threatened me that he would stop seeing me as my Dr. because I ask for too many referrals. I was appalled and astonished that he raised his voice to me and would continually interrupt me when I was trying to speak to tell him that I have pain between my legs and in my heart. My wife went to him yesterday for a referral for a cardiologist because her gastrologist told her she needs to have a cardiologist. Dr. Kundlas listened to heart and said to her "your heart is fine, you don't need a cardiologist". My wife is a stroke survivor and cancer survivor. I am 68 years old and my wife is 71 years old, what people of our age don't have a cariologist??? I am filing a formal grievance with Humana and with any other medical entity that is appropriate. I have now fired Dr. Kundlas as my primary Care Physician and got a new one that will listen and work with me. As of today, he has a 3.0 google review rating, would you go to a hotel or restaurant with such a low rating??? Don't go to Dr. Kundlas, He is not a caring Dr. He does not listen to his patients. He thinks he has a magic wand to make pain, and problems go way all by themselves! He will not refer you to a specialist when you know your own body needs further attention than what he is offering.

After renewing and paying in January, I discovered that 3,812 mg of edibles were missing from my allotment, and my overall recommendation had been lowered in December without my knowledge, consent, or any communication. According to MMU records, dispensary staff, and another physician, the change was made under Dr. Bassetti's authorization. When I called the office simply seeking clarification, the nurse (Karina) became hostile, interrupted me repeatedly, mocked my questions, accused me of being rude and cussing and three lies, and ultimately hung up on me twice. I had a witness present during this call and a recording. I did not curse or behave disrespectfully whatsoever and was humiliated in so many ways by everything that has transpired now. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, Dr. Bassetti emailed me accusing me of behavior that did not occur and publicly responded to my review in a way that referenced my patient status and implied misconduct. I never gave permission for my medical relationship to be discussed publicly. I only described my experience and the treatment I received from his staff. I was previously granted an exemption by another physician, which I relied upon for managing severe anxiety and PTSD. That exemption is now gone, and I have been unable to obtain the medication levels I was accustomed to without any explanation from this office. I am currently dealing with significant personal loss and recent changes to other medications, which I had hoped to discuss during my paid appointment. I have not been given that opportunity. Additionally, my husband, who is also a patient, received a phone call from Dr. Bassetti at 7:00 PM on a Friday regarding my complaint rather than being contacted about his own pending concerns or me being contacted to actually answer/address my concerns/questions that I've been waiting on clarification on since I called Mon and got belittled by Nurse and then blamed for her actions by the Dr! And blasted publicly!. We have both experienced unexplained allotment reductions. This situation could have been resolved with a simple, professional phone call explaining the changes and addressing concerns respectfully. Instead, I felt blamed, dismissed, and publicly embarrassed. Patients deserve transparency, communication, and basic respect -- especially when they are managing serious medical and mental health conditions. I have documented everything and have reported my concerns to the appropriate state authorities. I sincerely hope no other patient experiences this level of hostility or lack of communication when simply seeking clarification about their own medical care.

I've been with him for 11+ years and here is what it's like to visit this practice. Arriving- He is in private practice and owns his own very nice stand-alone building with private parking. It is just off US Route 27 North. Parking is a snap. Ambience- The interior is spotless with a comfortable waiting room. I don't spend much time there as his process is very efficient. His treatment rooms are also very comfortable. Network- He is part of the Advent Health System as are all of my specialist MDs. It's wonderful and extremely convenient that all of my Docs have access to all my records! Intake Process- When I show up, I usually see two or sometimes three folks that take care of the basics. They are friendly and efficient, do their thing and then pop me into a treatment room. So customer service is exemplary. I usually wait about five minutes before the boss shows up. Bedside Manner- If you are expecting a crisp white jacket and formal attitude, you are in the wrong place! He usually wears shorts and for me he hits just the right balance between casual and getting the job done! Super easy to talk to. If I get a blood test, he calls me within a week after the results are in. Faster if it's something serious. Language Barrier- Folks sometimes ask me if he has a difficult accent and the answer is absolutely not! Anyone who has ever met him will say the same. A quick visit to the front desk to pick up any follow up paperwork and I'm out of there! Conclusion- So I experience an excellent environment with solid caring and friendly staff. My records are organized across my Docs. Dr. Sharma's bedside manner suits me, and I trust him! It's a solid five stars from me!
