EVERY single person at this location is polite, friendly and makes you feel comfortable! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and it's extremely clean! They don't mind if you fall asleep during the procedure or if you don't feel like talking and just want to zen. Furthermore, I have severe hearing loss I have to only work through texting and they are ALWAYS so ACCOMODATING and patient! That's when I saw Anna on an Instagram story promoting her business and I knew I had to go check her out myself. Not only is her suite closer to where I live, the experience I had here was phenomenal. Right off the bat I was greeted happily by Anna and she got right to work. Anna is a pro at her craft, she is extremely fast but efficient. I don't think my eyebrows have ever been this clear and defined before. I also had her do my upper lip (Italian problems) and I swear she found hair that I didn't even know existed there. The one thing I noticed about Anna is that she has so many loyal and loving clients and she shows that love right back. Her suite is the definition of girlhood, you make friends and laugh with everyone in there, it was truly a beautiful experience. I also got a lash lift and tint that she knocked out of the park! For $99 I was thinking if this doesn't work out... I didn't pay much. I booked my 5pm appointment and immediately called to see if they have any cancellations and Michelle accommodated my request for 1pm. For me... that's exceptional service, to get a call from Michelle right away. A good sign I thought. Lia did my lashes and I was impressed that she knew exactly what I wanted... nothing over the top, just lashes that looked natural. I don't like the super heavy thick Mr Snuffleupagus look I was so thrilled that I impulsively had my brows done by Lili... and yes she also did an amazing job! The quality definitely doesn't meet my expectations - half of the lashes have usually fallen out a week after my appointment and they are constantly tangled or sticking sideways, which is embarrassing. The final straw of my decision to leave was today. My normal service provider was not available and I had to book with someone named Cassie. I inadvertently arrived an hour early because I had the wrong time down - when I realized my mistake I said "I'm so sorry, is there any way I can reschedule? I can't rearrange my work schedule to come an hour later." She said sure, but she'd have to charge me a $50 cancellation fee. I asked why, since I needed to reschedule not cancel, and she rudely answered "I can take you in 20 minutes but otherwise, I already told you it's considered a cancellation." I wasn't being rude so I don't know why that tone was necessary...but I'm not staying someplace that's both poor quality and rude to me. If you must go here, definitely don't expect kind service from Cassie.

Both ladies were very gentle and kind. First I went to have my waxing done by indre. It's a very tight space but the waxing/multipurpose room was very spacious. I laid down on the bed and she was very gentle and informed me on the parts that would hurt the must which, I appreciated very much. but towards the end she had me look over in a mirror to see which spots she had miss, and I notice my eyebrows and unibrow were still there. She informed me that the eyebrows were "a whole other job", ....ok? That's the one thing that surprised me was, you pay for a full face and eyebrows separately? Eyebrow shaping is an extra 10$, not a lot but still! Full face is full face! Not full face excluding eyebrows! Anyways, she did a beautiful job waxing even plucked some hairs she missed, and took her time to get the job done right. Next I went to get my nails done by Aukse.
