I needed nails done for a wedding, and don't usually have any nails at all. I wanted to find a place close by that wasn't to busy. I called Secret nail about 10am to ask for a noon opening. They said yes. ..yay! I showed Ken a picture of what I wanted and he was able to almost match it exactly...double yay! I also got a matching pedicure with Helen. She did a great job as well. The only reason for 4 stars is its not as sterile as I would hope. They do wear masks though. read more

i don't recommend this place for nail at all. I got my nails done for the first time with them ( i typically only go there for my toes and they do a good job) but i go in for a fill in and they cut my finger and didn't even apologize or anything. then i had two broken nails and they didn't even cut it the same length, n then my nails are even square they not shaped correctly and just don't look right. and they charged me 60$ that's cool but atp that's the same price as a full set. read more

After searching online to see who gets the best reviews I decided to check this place out. I will not be returning. They did an okay job on my nails, they are not horrible just not filed straight and the no chip started chipping after 3 days. When I left he started my nails at a point that when I walked out of there it looked like I already needed a fill. I'm giving it to stars because the lady who did my eyebrows was amazing. the two gentlemen that were there while I was working we're both very polite as well. Not very good ladies why is it so hard to find a good nail salon? The staff was nice enough no problems in this area. They just really rushed through! I paid $65 which is about normal for a pedicure and full set. They did not take time on my pedicure at all , or my cuticle situation (ladies you know what I'm talkin bout am I right? Lol I hope so...) I was the only customer so you would think it would grant me a little more attention. This is one of the only ways I pamper myself these day's darn it and they need to put some effort into it! I will give you 3 stars because you were nice and it was clean. Just try a little harder. My pedicures have not been the same and I felt rushed, not listened to and when expressed my concerns the staff was unapologetic. I had no chip come off in less than a week. This place is very dark and you can't see how good of a job they are doing. I was stopping at a light about 1/2 way home when I got a good look at my nails. I got pink and white nails and there are low spots on 3 of the nails and the clear top coat doesn't even cover all the way to the edges only half the nail is painted on 5 nails. I have been here a few times and everything was fine. Today however, the woman who did my pedicure did a less than mediocre job. When she began painting my toenails, I noticed the toe nails color is not the same as the fingernail color. She told me it needs a 2nd coat. Coincidentally, this happened to me in March. The color I picked was pink but coordinating toe polish was orange.. BLATANTLY ORANGE.. I had no idea I picked that same color again (Perfect Match #45 - shocking pink). I understand the company sent those bottles together but the fact is that they DON'T match. ( I don't blame Secret Nails for this problem, I would just like resolution to have my fingers and toes close to matching) The woman then went on to glare and me and talk, quite inappropriate in my opinion. The other employees agreed it didn't match, but this woman was just being rude. After explaining myself multiple times, we agreed upon a "comparable" pink for my toes. So this woman paints one toe and asked it THAT'S better.. no the color didn't change so I requested they start the toes fresh. After arguing with me, she walked away throwing things and acting mad. I kindly expressed my dissatisfaction of how the woman was being rude and I won't EVER return there. The men are all very kind and pleasant and understanding.. the women were rude. They're non-verbal cues were enough to tell me what they were saying.. I was satisfied enough to back after the first time this happened. Due to the behavior and lack of professionalism of the woman who was doing my pedicure, I won't ever return again.. NOR will I EVER recommend this place to ANYONE again!! read more

This place is great. I get my nails done frequently and this place is definitely the best. The staff is always kind. They even offer free sodas! One of the men (I don't know his name) is my artist of preference and he's the best artist I've ever met. I go for him every time and he never disappoints. The prices are also great.
