I have left a lot of messages more than 5...I was eager to talk to someone about their services...I tried for several weeks to call being frustrated and annoyed during my entire experience with nit even getting in the door. Ten last night I decided to try and call..didn't leave a message...so it was weird..I received a text message this morning at 8:30 am saying "we are sorry we missed you yesterday, looks like you tried to call." Really'? So your not sorry about returning any of my voicemails that I left, and your employees couldn't seem to find time during normal business hours to pick up the phone???? I mean and you decide to "text me" as your first conversation/contact. Wow!!!!! I explain my dissatisfaction with them, a manager texts me - repeat a manager texts me - doesn't pick up the phone like a NORMAL business person..nope texts - yeah I am convinced this business is a scam or fake or fraud. I would just stay away all together... The best part is the "manager" said they would call at 10 am - yep, they never did. Gave them plenty of chances to do something right for a change, but they couldn't seem to follow through. Their website was so welcoming but as far as communication goes you can see the issues.

EVERY single person at this location is polite, friendly and makes you feel comfortable! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and it's extremely clean! They don't mind if you fall asleep during the procedure or if you don't feel like talking and just want to zen. Furthermore, I have severe hearing loss I have to only work through texting and they are ALWAYS so ACCOMODATING and patient! The price is just right and if you follow procedure, lashes last about two weeks! There is a membership but they don't force you or sales talk constantly! I really recommend you try lash bar ! It's so convenient to have pretty lashes 24/7. I don't think you'll regret it !
