They sent another crew to redo the job, and although the workmanship was better, we still had issues. However, the company representative said there was nothing they can do. That is not the impression we were given at the beginning. I was told they could do the job and we would be satisfied. We are not. We will call another company (at our expense) to get what we originally requested. My recommendation is that if you decide to use Axis then I would make sure you have your expectations on paper, and have a followup independent inspection. I know we will not use this company again. ​
