I am going to have to get the entire vaulted ceiling in my great room repainted. It has become obvious that two different finishes of the same color paint were used. The flat was used for the initial work and then when it came to the trim and touch ups he used an eggshell which has a slight reflective finish. The pot lights in the kitchen are ringed in the eggshell. There is a 4'x3' patch in the middle of the office wall that is eggshell. The plaster gouges under the master bedroom window we're not repaired before painting. There was a fine spray of paint on the bay windows in the dining area. It seems all the touch ups through out the house have a "shine". There were two lengths of baseboard that were not attached to the wall. In the master bedroom there are 4" circles of flat paint over the eggshell wall. I will eventually have to have the kitchen cabinets redone because the application was not at the level it should be. Very disappointed.

The person sent to provide a quote was much more than just a salesman. He pointed out several areas that required repairs including some mistakes made by the roofers who installed a new roof a few years earlier. The crew included carpenters that found rotting wood that needed to be replaced, including a structural post covered by siding, and completed the repairs with expert craftsmanship. They were easy to work with, available to answer questions, and kept me informed of their schedule. The quality of the painting was also first rate. They removed things like awnings, gutters, a satellite dish, and other house attachments before painting and made sure everything was reinstalled properly upon completion. They kept the property reasonably clean while the job was in progress and cleaned up thoroughly after they were finished. I will hire them again when it's time to paint the interior of the house.
