I went in to inquire for an air filter, The guy (owner of the shop)said he might have it, he would have to check the car I was hesitant and he specified I will not charge you just to check the car. He wanted me to pay 80$ for filters, I told him I will pass and I'll figure it out, he got upset and wanted me to pay for the "service". To make the long story short he ended up calling me names and threaten me and he threw a RAG at my face the police had literally to get involved. Worst experience ever. read more

Here's the update No there was nothing wrong with the "component" as they kept trying to say I took my car to my regular guy&as I suspected it was the wiring bc the 1st guy stuck his hand in&tugged@ the light So it cost me a load of $ to fix what these idiots broke And when I bring my car?&ask for a bolt to be removed I really think that's what should B done After all that's what I asked for No I don't want to get into a pissing match w/some guy who swears bc he's a mechanic he knows more than I do either How about U treat your customers with a tiny bit of respect I've never had such a bad experience with an oil change as I've had with this place And after all was said& done this $15.99 oil change ended up costing me nearly $300? read more

I have heard so many complaints about this business. They employ people who are unskilled and lie. When they destroyed my light and then told me to leave and buy one at Canadian Tire, it was then I noticed what they did to it. I've watched reports by undercover people being sent to businesses like this by the CBC and watching them deceive their customers. I for one will notify CBC to add to their report as well as the BBB (beware of any business that does belong to the BBB as they are not registered with them). That tells you something right there. They are crooks and should be put out of business. DON'T GO TO ANY LUBE PLUS!!!!!! Unless you want to be ripped off. If you are desperate enough to go to a Lube Plus, get out of your car and follow their every move with your phone. You will be shocked. read more

that's right!!! this is the worst place I'll ever recommend any sane person to go do anything twice burnt by these set of crooks called technicians shame on them. my story goes like this you drive in to their prison they start by open your hood while you sit in your car they fidgeting with things under the hood telling you this thing is broken that thing is going to break and even if you tell them you're not interested they'll always let you have additional stuff to pay for because I said I want ordinary oil change this guy with mustache pull at my air filter housing told me this is broken then I got upset and question what he meant obviously I checked my car before coming for oil change so I asked him to put it back and get me out of here obviously one of them already empty my oil so his manager intervene by hushing me like his school boy that I should put my car in reverse so as to push me out or get a towing truck to get me out or he's going to call the police so I told him to put my oil back anyways they put oil back brought a bill of $44 there about and I insisted I can't pay that much threat to call the police went on the phone and usher me out to wait for the owner who waited for and explain things but was only concern that i yell in the presence of his other customer and he push back what his guy had pulled out and made me pay the charged amount because from record he pulled out I paid the same amount in July. I will echo this every where I go every means of media at my disposal I will use to stop these exploiter from their ripping innocent people especially ladies off. Emmanuel Akinsanya read more

I bought a membership at the airport location. In Feb. I went to this location and had no issues. In March I went to this location and he started asking me my name phone number etc. I told him it should be in the system. He said "No this is your first time here." I said "I was here about a month ago." He said "then it was with a different car. Your licence plate isn't in the system. I told him I only have one car. In May I went to the airport location to get an oil change and I was told by this one person that my coolant levels were very very low and my transmission fluid was very low. I asked him to put water in the rad and he said he couldn't do that because it would throw the levels off. BUT for $5.00 he could add more coolant. I said then won't that throw the levels off? He said "No I can measure it with that thing." I already had my car booked for a complete tuneup, transmission fluid change, rad flush the following Tues. They asked where. I said in Mississauga. He asked what's the name of the place? I said Auto Trust. Hmmm he says. Well I wouldn't drive it on the highway as your coolant levels are very low. I told him not to worry about it as it's going in the shop on Tuesday. When I took my car into my mechanic he asked why I wanted my rad flushed. I told him that I was told my coolant levels were very low. My mechanic said there's nothing wrong with your levels. I asked about the transmission fluid. He said that was all ok just dirty it was time for a change. The first week of July I went to the location on Tecumseh Rd East. Low and behold it's the same person! This time he tells me. "Your power steering fluid is extremely low." I said "You know what I have a complaint. Every time I get an oil change you tell me my levels are low. Last time you told me my coolant was low and there was nothing wrong with them." Another guy pipes up and says "If he tells you it's low then it's low. We don't do that stuff here." So I leave. It's running threw my mind so I pull over and check the levels myself. I couldn't see the fluid so I turned the stick around so I could see the ridges. It's full. I wipe it clean and dip it in again. It's full. I drive away and think. Maybe he said my brake fluid. So I pull over and check my brake fluid. It's full. I check the power steering fluid again. It's full ( and very clean). So I go back to the place and ask to speak to a manager. He asked what he can help me with so I told him that I was told my power steering fluid was low and there's nothing wrong. He says. "Oh so everything is ok now." I said. "there was nothing wrong in the first place." He went inside and came back out and said. "He said it was a little low but dirty." He then went to the car to check the power steering fluid. He checks the dip stick and sees that it reads full. I said "See! It's full!" He then drips it on the back of his hand to see how dirty it is. It was crystal clear. I said "It's not dirty. I just had this in and had everything completely done with the car. He then takes the dip stick and tries to scrape the side of the power steering fluid container to try to get dirt on it. I said. "You're not going to get any dirt as I had the car serviced and everything changed." He then looks at me and says. "Sorry." I told him that the same person did this to me at the airport location so I came here instead. You have to tell this guy to stop lying and up selling. Unless that is your way of doing business and your procedures. I doubt if I'll ever renew my membership again. I'd rather pay a higher price than try to be ripped off. read more

I went it recently just for a routine oil change. The techs were super nice and greeted me right as I pulled in - no wait. They offered me a new promotion on a membership where I get all of my other oil changes at cost. Only for approx $20 each time after so I am saving HUGE. I wish that I had heard about them earlier because I am sick of oil changes taking advantage of customers. Thanks guys for everything and see you soon! read more
