Let me start of saying Zain (think he might be the manager) was super nice and very patience; I schedule an appointment to decision about a vehicle I was interested in. He answered all my questions and also provided tips since this place only deal with rebuilt titles which means they were in some type of accident previously. My initial meet was to remove the vehicle, discuss warranty options, and pricing. That task was completed successfully and documentation was provided as well - so next task was scheduling the vehicle to be reviewed my mechanic off-site which they allowed (high recommend anyway). Second meet - I didn't speak to Zain but he was there; I was dealing with their representative who provided me the car keys. Please note they do need a copy of your driver license so be prepared. Well I had my mechanic review and they basically since he wasnt no good because required alot of repairs and what was fixed was done poorly. I thanked my mechanic and reported back then returned back to car location. I walked in and was greeted with a smile by representative and he said "how did it go?" then I replied "no go"; then rep replied "ok, thanks have a nice day". I had the most shocked expression on my face. He didn't asked anything about what my mechanic saw and/or try to negotiate to see what they could do. Even if I wasn't going to buy it, at least act like you cared. The next day the price was dropped $1000 which doesn't cover the cost to fix because remember they never asked but just so he can get purchased quicker. That's where I was disappointed at; I never went. ***So the take away from my experience - the outside appearance my look good but don't trust your eyes and get a mechanic to review. read more

Don't trust Brokers and Sellers', their cars, or their 'warranty.' We purchased a 2018 Forester, with warranty. The body work was so-so, with an off-center rear hatch, running paint, and bad brakes. That's the deal though, the cars have been in serious accidents. You pay less for an inferior product. Still, when the A/C failed on my way home, I was surprised. No problem, I'll use the warranty as they had instructed me to do, right? However, the warranty covered only 60%. In total, I'm out almost $700, plus weeks of inconvenience. So, I email Brokers and Sellers, which comes back 'undeliverable', and left a message on the web portal. A few days later, someone calls, and it was a disaster. First, he's upset I called the warranty company. Then he 'hypothetically' accuses me of breaking the A/C myself--wait, what now? Then he says, 'Foresters are known to have A/C problems anyway.' Well, then, why didn't they check it? He says they check nothing on any car, and bear no responsibility for anything. The just sell. Anyway, he says, 'why didn't I bring it to them? After all, the body shop has "so many cheap parts, they can fix it cheap, no problem." Really, who wants "cheap parts"? And why trust the same shop? I'd be looking at another failure 1-2 years down the line, with another $1,500 repair job. The conversation finale was the best part. He says, 'If we give refunds for problems with our cars, we would go out of business.' Very telling, I'd say. In other words, 'we want profits from being in business, but we don't want to accept the risk of loss that comes with being in business.' In any case, he promised to contact the body shop and get back to me. That was a month ago. I asked only for the actual cost difference, not a penny for weeks of inconvenience and added expenses of being stuck without a vehicle. The bottom line is, Brokers and Sellers has my money, so now they don't care. read more

These guys are amazing. Very forthright. I bought a 2018 Chevy traverse from them. They showed me photos of the previous damage to the vehicle (it is a rebuilt title) immediately. They were never pushy. After purchasing the car, it did have some issues that caused a check engine light to come on. They took it back immediately with no mention of cost or activating the warranty included with the car. There was a continued expressed desire to make things right no matter what. While I waited for repairs, they even lent me a car off the lot to go out for a taco run! Zayn is an awesome manager and Emanuel is a classy salesman. My daughter stopped for traffic and the guy behind her didn't, so we were in the market for a good used car. I've had a good experience with a rebuilt title car, so that's what I went looking for this time. I was really happy to find Brokers and Sellers. Being a broker of rebuilt title vehicles, they have a really big selection of vehicles, all shapes and sizes. We were greeted soon after getting out of the car. Emanuel was very low-pressure, but extremely helpful. We checked out several cars and settled on a very nice Escape. We discussed price and warranties with Ali and came to a great deal. If you have any concerns with the car you're interested in, take if for an independent inspection. We were told several times we were welcome to do that. I chose not to. Like any used car, you have to put the effort in to make sure you understand what you're buying. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the market for a car. read more

These guys are absolute scam artist. I bought a 2014 vehicle. I bought the power train warranty with it. The very next day I brought it back up there and said the transmission was skipping. He said no problem the trans is covered in the warranty. Bring it back in a couple weeks id ut meeps doing it. So I take it to the dealer to see what was wrong with it. It's needs a new clutch. Now suddenly Ali says it isn't covered. At this point my car is barely drivable and I'm out 8000 dollars. Please don't make the same mistake I did. read more

ZERO STARS!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I was first excited for our purchase, we drove the car home and the check engine light kicked on. I took it to Autozone and they told me what the problem was and I call Zain, he said to bring the car in and they would take care of it. I took the car in and they "took care of it". I also advised them that the AC was not working. When I left the light was off, and it came back on two days later. I called Zain and he said that he needed to talk to his mechanic and he would call me back.. two weeks go by so I call, and there is no answer so I leave a voicemail. Still no contact, so I take the car to the dealership were they advise me that the car is missing brackets, wires and various components. WHAT THE !!! Buyers Be aware!! Their cars are not fixed properly. I experience a terrible deal with them. I had an issue with a car which I test drove. So I decided not to buy that car. I went for another car and they assured my everything was fixed properly, but it turned out that they were lying. The car I purchased from them had major front end radiator and air bag issues. It cost me over $1000 to fix them. I wish I would have known that Brokers and Sellers was that bad, I would have gone somewhere else. Stay away from buying anything from them. read more

I took my '03 BMW Z 4 to Automotive Solutions in 2015 to have the rear brakes replaced -discs, pads, etc. I was a bit unsure about the place, but took my car there to have the rear brakes replaced - discs, pads, etc. The shop did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. This year, I needed the struts and associated parts replaced, a complicated and expensive job. Again, after a minor glitch concerning the parts (my fault), which Jay, who runs the shop, graciously corrected, the job was well done, again at a very reasonable price, considering the cost of the parts, and I was very satisfied with the results. Jay is personable, knowledgeable, competent, stands behind his work, and is completely honest. I will be taking my car to him for the foreseeable future. This mechanic shop is in association with Brokers and Sellers and is part of the same building. My friends have been recommending Jay, the head mechanic, for quite a while now. I was skeptical at first but when I pulled up I was amazed at how clean the mechanic shop was. For a second I thought I was in the wrong place. They take very good care of your vehicle, pay attention to detail and ensure your car is problem free before returning it. Please understand that this is a legitimate shop therefore they charge legitimate prices because of the high quality of their labor.
