They even dropped my vehicle back off at my house and returned the courtesy vehicle when repairs were finished. One of these perks was getting to have a vehicle to drive if our wagoneer was ever in for service. This happened one time, which makes them liars!! Additionally when you get done with the purchase you get a survey and are coached to give them top ratings guilting you to think they won't be able to feed their kids if they get anything other than a top rating! Shame on us for listening to this advice. Further more, you'd think that being a certified dealership for Jeep they would know how many issues the grand wagoneer has. To date, our wagoneer has been serviced over a dozen times in a matter of 6 months and communication of service being completed or anything else is scarce. Buyer beware!!

He called everywhere for the next city up to keep me headed in the right direction. When no one else would take my van that day, he brought me to his repair shop. He was communicative and easy to chat up on the drive there as well. After being there a while I could tell they had plenty on their plate that day. And let's just say my van wasn't exactly a walk in the park... but they still managed to help me and with incredible customer service I might add. Not only that but the repairs didn't break the bank! I had my pup with me and everyone was really welcoming and even gave my dog some food while we waited. :) I hands down recommend this place not only for their work but for being a trust worthy, honest and caring business. Our experience was fine - they couldn't locate a hydraulic pump and we ended up having one sent from FleetPride. This was just before Memorial Day and we had to stay in Kearney a few days because the part didn't come in until after they closed for the holiday. Once they did put the pump in, we were back on the road. The pump leaked as soon as we headed out, but we were able to get to Michigan and now came back to Kearney to get it fixed. When they had put the pump in, they only changed the seal (O-ring) on one side and we were assured they would change the one on the other side. Imagine our surprise when they charged over $600 to fix the problem that should have been fixed on our original visit! Sad that a good experience turned totally sour. Gone are the days of integrity - had we known they were not going to warranty their work, we would have done it ourselves.

When I moved to Kearney, I needed to find a reliable shop for oil changes and general maintenance…read more Before that, my dad always handled my oil changes, so I trusted shops to check fluids and let me know if anything needed attention. Every place I'd gone before -- including my first visit here -- would check visible fluids and recommend top-offs if needed, which I was always happy to pay for. A few months ago, I ended up with a major coolant leak that I didn't catch right away. The last time I brought my car in here, they told me I had a "major oil leak," which honestly isn't accurate. It's a very small leak that may need attention later down the road, but it's not major. What concerns me more is that my coolant was completely empty, and nobody mentioned it. Later that same day, I had to drive about 45 minutes away from town and my car started overheating. Yes, I should've checked it myself too, but after having shops consistently check fluids in the past, I assumed that was still being done. I ended up taking my car to another shop, and they told me that if I had driven much farther, I could've locked up my engine and ruined the car completely. After getting everything else fixed, I brought the car home and my dad changed the oil himself. The other shop never touched the oil, so this issue came from my last service here. We discovered the oil drain plug had been cross-threaded, and we had to use vise grips just to remove it. Now I have to order a replacement oil plug as well. Because of this experience, I won't be coming back. I do hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as a learning experience to better train staff and improve attention to detail moving forward.

Unbelievable Service!!!…read more Driving through Kearney NE the day before Memorial Day weekend and my alternator starts giving me trouble. I've pulled in just to have them test my battery/alternator to see if that was the actual problem, and it looked like they had begun closing down for the weekend. They immediately grabbed the reader and discovered it was indeed the alternator. Shawn looked up the part and told me it was going to be a hefty repair bill... but the item was IN STOCK(!!!), and even though it was 5PM (closing time) on the day before Memorial Day weekend, they would be able to install it within about an hour! They did just that and were very professional and courteous in the 45 minutes it took them to install it. I am extremely impressed and grateful to all of them!! Mark, Shawn and the other gents really made this girl's day!!!

Mike, the service manager, is always very friendly, accommodating, informative, thorough, and will always go the extra mile to be sure I have answers and the service I seek. Dusty was there when I picked up the truck and we had a very informative discussion about technical aspects that I wanted to know. as a mechanically minded person, I always appreciate technical knowledge on the equipment I'm operating and Dusty answered all my questions to satisfaction. shout out to the parts department also, and I have rarely ever ever left without what I came for or arrangements to get it soon. they are always knowledgeable and informative, and have often saved me money by steering me in the right direction on specific parts. overall this is a highly professional facility but I will continue to return to.

The tech broke the Lower Pulley attempting to remove it, apparently by tapping on the outter edge of it. (Should have used a long prybar and tapped at the seam where the pully sits against the balancer) * I spent 20+ years as an ASE Certifed / Dealer Certified Technician * Mistakes are made but they refuse to take responsibility for it and it's going to cost $900 for that part if we can't find a used one. Plus I'm out a day's wages, above what I would have lost if the job had went right. The truck owner is out a days income from the truck. A motel room for me. It will cost us around $2000 overall The only part of this that upsets me is they dodged accepting responsibility for their mistake.
