Our new Renegade was not only washed, full of fuel but stocked with a case of water, beer, a bottle of wine and some essentials (TP, paper towels and antibacterial pump soaps in the bathrooms)!! They went over everything (and there is a lot) they were also readily available for phone calls during our travels home. From signing documents to fixing the scratch on my car. The management was just as bad. They apologized and said they would follow up with me and after a week I had to call them back. I went to license my car and I wasn't able to because they never sent the paperwork to the DMV but tried to lie and say it was the banks fault. I had to pay late fees because of their negligence. The DMV said, this doesn't surprise us with Janssen. They're known for this. I've had my car for 6 months and still NO ONE has ever contacted me regarding all of the issues I've had. I even had to call them after a month and ask if they were ever going to cash my down payment. I was and still am, extremely disappointed and frustrated with this entire experience.
