When you enter the garages prior to any work, you might be greeted with Shana, the service manager and or Brycen, the service advisor. It's always nice to see a friendly smile. They both have excellent customer service and are wonderful in every which way. I could tell that they were so very understanding of my concerns. They got me in with two separate appointments plus additional appointment to install the part on November 29th, approving the service inspection of my vehicle, without charging me extra. I mean seriously, they could have charged me for these appointments, with having these unknown questions to them towards my vehicle, especially since I requested to be in the service garage examining my vehicle, while it was on the lift. They are friendly, listened carefully, had patience towards me. I felt comfortable, and never felt I was being rushed with my concerns of my questions of my vehicle. It shows me there is a lot of wonderful and kind staff members of Bill Summers, and that they do take pride of their job positions plus for the customers and their vehicles. I am sure I was the talk of their business service dept in a humor way, stating my name of the number of times I called, but I just felt within my heart, something wasn't right and needed to find out my answers to the questions I had.
