When you enter the garages prior to any work, you might be greeted with Shana, the service manager and or Brycen, the service advisor. It's always nice to see a friendly smile. They both have excellent customer service and are wonderful in every which way. I could tell that they were so very understanding of my concerns. They got me in with two separate appointments plus additional appointment to install the part on November 29th, approving the service inspection of my vehicle, without charging me extra. I mean seriously, they could have charged me for these appointments, with having these unknown questions to them towards my vehicle, especially since I requested to be in the service garage examining my vehicle, while it was on the lift. They are friendly, listened carefully, had patience towards me. I felt comfortable, and never felt I was being rushed with my concerns of my questions of my vehicle. It shows me there is a lot of wonderful and kind staff members of Bill Summers, and that they do take pride of their job positions plus for the customers and their vehicles. These people do not care to help travelers passing through town. Just trying to give a fair warning to other travelers passing through, do not waste your time here. You will come out cheaper and faster if you go ahead and haul/tow the bike to a real Harley Davidson store. Heres the story.... My bike broke down passing through Nebraska after coming from Georgia. Tow truck dropped me off early Saturday morning, I was hoping one of their mechanics could take a quick look at my bike to see if there was an easy fix to get me back on the road but instead they told me I had to wait until monday because their local riders bikes were ahead of mine. I even offered to pay hundreds of dollars for someone to just take a look at my bike but they refused to help. After being at this place for 5 hours I eventually got their mechanic to take a look, he was much friendlier than the rest of their staff and tried his best but they werent able to get me up and running. So instead, I rented a truck and hauled the bike to Denver, CO to take it to a REAL Harley Davidson store where I was swarmed with amazing help and fantastic customer service.
