Let me back up a bit when you first pull into the lot they have a station to get the bugs off of your grill, windshield and hood. They also have a monthly unlimited car wash special (I forgot the pricing) if you sing up for their texts you will get texts concerning different deals for that day or week. Yes It is a drive thru, but in this area from I-10 down to US 90 it is the best thing smoking to get your vehicle washed. They also have vacuums on site and a run through machine for your carpets. The staff is great as well, I use this place frequently as should you.

While I still find $9 for a basic wash and vacuum acceptable, I do not find the quality of their vacuum cleaners worth the price increase. They give you free popcorn and sometimes other freebies. That's cool, but I'd rather them spend extra money repairing the vacuum cleaners since the most important reason for me coming was a clean car. I do not find $9 acceptable if I cannot vacuum the inside of my car. When I call to let someone know, no one answers.

The gate lifts then a person by the car wash will instruct you to put car in neutral by pointing to signs and guide you into the car wash. The car wash sprays foam and water and has rotating brushes. It did a pretty good job of washing my car, but I do wish it would have gotten the hood and roof a bit better. The car wash had blow dryers as you leave and overall it was worth it. The Automated Selection and Money Machines are 'Blocked' from the Entrance View and the small and faded 'Car Wash Entrance' Sign simply didn't catch our eyes fast enough. Once we were told 'We were doing it wrong' we figured out how to get in line, However, we got stuck behind an Unlimited Membership Driver who couldn't get her sticker to work. So, we finally got told to back up and get in the other line. Once we got that done we realized that no one was there to answer questions on the Unlimited Membership Choices so we paid for the $17 Single Car Wash and found ourselves with 4 other Cars waiting in line to start. The Car Wash was acceptable, the drying phase was inadequate, and we had wasted so much time that we decided to forego the vac and interior cleaning to get on with our day. I pulled off the interstate to the nearest gas station and googled a body shop. Fortunately for me, they popped up and I drove straight there.
