I texted him and he called back quickly. I shared I needed my front, side and back yard mowed (1 acre lot), my driveway and walkway edged and our front hedges trimmed. He was able to do all this in 2hrs with clean up of all grass, branches and leaves for $110. I forgot to add, I hurt my back so my lawn was severely overgrown. He was very polite asked alot of questions when providing the estimate and made sure he completed things exactly like I wanted. I plan to use him bi weekly as now that he has done the initial work the price will drop for routine maintenance. All this is negotiable.
