He offered me a $100 rebate and an appliance cleaning in exchange. As the total cost to me has totaled $525, I found this to be less than acceptable. We also use our own vacuum, a Dyson animal vacuum for personal preference. I went back and forth with the company for 1-2 hours asking them politely to use our product before being told that they can only use their own with essential oils and then being told that Clorox is damaging to the environment and to their workers which we did not suggest. If you would like to use their mixture of essential oils and trust that it will not trigger allergies or reactions then this service may be one to go with. If you want a straightforward clean and want to avoid an argument when you request use of your own products, then avoid this company. Super stressful experience.
