Cooking oils: a large selection of cooking fats both cold and shelf stable that include HUGE tubs of both butter and margarine, crisco, oil, Pam, other cooking sprays, and other cultural types of oils I was not familiar with but was happy to see, will be researching and looking up for myself! Cooking utensils: great selection of knives, spatulas, serving spoons, ladles, cutlery, steak knives, plastic serving utensils (disposable) Cooking equipment: Large selection and everything you could need from griddles, grills, cooking pots, woks, pans small and large, Molcajete, grinding stones, stone comals, metal cooking sheets, bowls, storage containers of all shapes and sizes. After going to several other stores in town with no luck, I happened to stumble across J&E via a Google search.
