I was not happy as I drove 30min to get something nice from here instead of Binnys. These guys have an impressive Tequila selection online and I wanted to see what they had in person. Ok, so 2nd visit. I was working down the street and it was early afternoon. I figure they have to be open. They were! First impressions were great as they guy working was super nice and gave me store hours etc, lol (10am-10pm). They have a VERY GOOD TEQUILA Selection!! I bought 3 bottles that I wanted to try. Here's the only odd part about this store. They literally have a wall of bottles I swear 15ft high?! You cannot even see what is up there. They have to get a lift and go up if you want something. But how do you know what is even there? The website doesn't show you stock of the specific stores so you can't tell that way either. Anyway, at least we have another great option for Tequila in the NW suburbs. They also told me they will be opening a Chicago location soon...

They do have some hard Cider choices that I'm a fan of in the walk in beer cave. Service was absolutely friendly and staff was very helpful. It's a quiet establishment too but I'm sure it's busier at different parts of the the day.

This local liquor store in Skokie has been in business since 1936 offering an great selection of wines and spirits. They also have a small deli offering gourmet food products. Their retail store has a huge selection of spirits and wines. Prices are slightly higher than some "Box" stores but if you sign up to be a CAP member,prices are reduced on some items. Their Warehouse Wine sale was super crowded in a separate warehouse with thousands of cases of wines at reduced prices. They did offer free tastings of many of the wines on sale . Teremana Tequila Blanco is a well rated brand, founded by Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson. The store was well organized, though it was difficult to find all the tequila brands since they didn't seem to be in any particular order. You know they have a big selection when you wish the choices were organized like in a library. Checkout was easy, with plenty of cashiers ready to help on this non-busy day.

The excitement of winning the lottery happened when I got the right to buy the one bottle I really didn't want and it was at double the top end of MSRP. I looked at the bottle for a second and then walked. Let someone else have it and that high price. Completely disappointed especially given how much I regularly spend at this store.
