I want to start by saying the crew clearly worked hard--this was a big job that took about five days, and we appreciated the effort they put in. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not match the time and effort. Three of the large evergreen trees were planted noticeably crooked, and the arborvitae were not planted deep enough. As a result, eight of them died within a relatively short time. When I contacted the company to address the issue, they initially agreed to replace the dead arborvitae. However, after that, communication stopped. They never followed through, did not show up as promised, and ultimately stopped responding to texts altogether. It's disappointing because we invested a significant amount in this project and expected both proper installation and basic follow-up service. While the crew was hardworking, the end result and lack of accountability make it difficult to recommend this company.

He came out the next day, gave us a very fair quote and said he'd be back within 2 weeks to do the work. He then called 3 days later and said he had an opening in the schedule if we wanted our project done sooner. We were thrilled. They came out and completed the work in 2 days. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they actually cleaned up all of the mess that our previous landscaper left in our garage. I was floored by their level of service, responsiveness and professionalism. One of the other projects we had them do was to re-sod our front yard. They did the work right before 4th of July and we went out fo town for a day or two, which meant the fresh sod didnt get watered for 2 days and dried out. I contacted Freddy today to see how much he would charge to fix it and he volunteered to replace the dying sod at no charge. The mistake was ours, not his, but its this level of above and beyond service that makes me want to refer them to everyone I know. Dont hesitate....call these guys!!

I travel often so when this season came around I didn't think twice about not having to fight with my lawnmower I called Ocampo's and he was able to make it same day!
