On Sunday the 15th I dropped my car off at J & L and left my keys on the box. Job to take 2-3 days per Frank. Today I called to see how things were going and they told me they had not even touched the car yet. I get that hiring reliable people is difficult due to Biden's handouts, but what happened to common courtesy. One phone call to me is all that would have been required to explain the situation. I can't just leave them my car and hope it's done in the next week or two! I have responsibilities to my family and work. I will never deal with people who are so epically disrespectful. When I picked up my car the two space savers were sitting at their desks doing absolutely nothing. How hard would it have been to pick up a phone ( they certainly had my contact info) and call me.
