Took my car in for an oil change. He now uses generic "Parts master" synthetic oil. After I got the…read morecar home, I noticed a puddle of oil underneath the car the next day. The mechanic had stripped the drain plug! I brought the car back the next day and they had to re-thread the oil pan and put in a new drain plug. After I got home, I checked the oil and found out that the mechanic had overfilled the engine! I spent $30 on a suction pump to bring the oil back down to the normal level before it blew out all the oil seals on the engine. I won't be going back there again. I just bought all of the equipment necessary to change my own oil and I will be doing that from now on. I also would not trust them with any other work on my cars because the quality of the help that he has been hiring is absolutely abysmal.
