Must be something wrong with your car. 2. He is no mechanic and wouldn't know what to look for. 3. There always short staffed there so it would be 3-4 hours before any one could even look at it. 4. Other shops want to blame the tire versus there shop. Asked than why does Firestone give warranties on tires . Drove 48 miles to another Tires plus store and within 1 and a half hours they replaced the DEFECTIVE tire for a minimal charge . This is probably the 4th or 5th poor experience I have had with the Okeechobee store. I will NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS TIRES PLUS AGAIN. My product specialist/sales person, Roxy, was amazing - a fellow queen! We took a test drive and had some friendly conversation. She went into every detail of exactly what I was getting myself into - from the automobile itself to the financing process. She even educated me on traditional bed liners versus spray liners. Best of all, after Andre said that my proposed deal was a "go," Roxy began paperwork preparation to save SO much time of the mundane steps of car buying. And the final step - finance manager! After noticing some uneven wear on the tires I started checking the front end and realized my alignment was garbage and that's why my truck drove like crap. Brought it to total roadside, cost $300 for the alignment which is fair for these heavy trucks, they actually took the time to test drive it and make sure that they fixed the issues.
