Great Service, the price was very fair. I came in for a rear differential issue where the dealerships had installed the drive shaft incorrectly and was causing a clunking sound. Hi-Tek auto inspected my car an noticed that the drive shaft was loose causing the noise. They fixed the issue and my car was driving as normal. Thank you. I went here trying to get my car fixed. They told me to go around and come back to see if the issue was still there. It was still there and they made me wait 10 minutes and barely starting to come towards my car whenever I told him something about it if they were gonna come and check out my car after all after I was the first one there and they decide to work on another vehicle that came after me. When my 2006 Toyota Matrix's headlights quit working, I took it to a Chain Repair Shop--They ran an electronic analysis and were unable to remedy the problem. Later, I took it to a Dealership in Okeechobee who were upfront and stated I would be better off taking my vehicle to Ivor at Hi Tek. The Dealership was absolutely correct. Much to my great delight the team at Hi Tek not only fixed the headlights at a price that was very reasonable, they provided transportation (3 miles).
