Interactions with 2 staff members are what leads me to provide this review so that others can avoid…read moresimilar treatment. First, I logged on to the Goodyear website to make an appointment with a local service provider to replace/fix a single tire and was assigned this location. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, walked in and was not met with greetings, I was met with "We are super busy do you have an appointment?" I indicated that I had an appointment and they said I wasn't in their system. I said that I made the appointment online using the Goodyear website. Reply: "We don't have anything to do with corporates website, you need to phone us directly for an appointment." Strange, nothing on corporates website indicated this and they did assign an appointment to this location, with text-based confirmation. If this is the case, it's between this location and corporate to clear up, not me as a customer. Then the two men at the front desk alternated and said they would look at the tire and give an assessment but no guarantee they could fit me in or fix it and why didn't I make an appointment? I was willing to wait or come back but I didn't understand what else they needed. I tried to keep an open mind but when one of them looked at me and said: "Didn't you look where you were driving, how do you get a bolt stuck in your tire anyway?" And laughed in my face, that was the line. Finally one of them said why didn't you call the warranty number, we don't do any warranty work direct only through the warranty line, pieces of the puzzle were clearer. I asked if they had the number and was met with "call the company you originally purchased the tires with and let them give it to you. We don't have that." I reiterated how I found them through the Goodyear website for repair/ replacement of a Goodyear tire, and that Goodyear was in their business name and they reiterated that they couldn't help me and why did I come here without calling the warranty line. I found out later that they could have looked it up, and when the warranty number customer service agent mentioned this, and that they could arrange the replacement for the tire through this location, they understood why I declined. Another local area tire company was able to order the tire that I needed, I phoned their number and was given exceptional service over the phone. They explained the process, next steps to getting my tire replaced, they would call when it was ready and they provided a number if I had any additional questions. Granted, I didn't know that I needed to call the Goodyear warranty number first to open a claim before showing up for the original appointment, but there's a nice way of telling me this and one that involves laughing at my expense more than once, and then saying "just messin with ya". Not interested in being messed with, thank you. Goodyear may be in their name but they must not be cozy with corporate because they don't know their warranty number, don't honor their booking system and are not prepared to relay policy information nicely. Hard pass.

Also, a job that was done a year and 2 months ago by Firestone (same company) had to be done again, which was a price of $499! Went to Firestone who asked if they offered warranty for parts. They did not. I was told it was over a year so no. (Firestone at least offered warranty for parts). Don't go here!

Had me look on my door, gave him the measurements and bing- gave me three options! This trip a new manager was trying to push multiple extra things for service. He did inform me the percentage of my brake pads and acted like I needed it done this service. I questioned it and kept pushing that he finally said it was more of a "warning" so I knew that the service would be needed in the near future. They informed me that my battery needed to be replaced. The timeline matched up that most likely it was needed. We negotiated a price because they originally quoted way too much. Overall, this past visit has me rethinking where I'll be taking my car for service. Being a woman and alone in the facility doesn't mean I am helpless when it comes to the service of my car.

Best choice tire review…read more Do not use if you have very nice rims. They damaged my Alcoa durabrite rims and they did not take responsible for their unprofessional work. Their tire machine scratched one rim with 8 spaced scratches, another with 4 spaced scratches. I did not pay them to damage my $3500 rims (6) during my first tire rotation of tires purchased here. Also their shop manager, Jay Russo, whom I purchased the tires from, did not inform me that lifetime rotation was not applicable to my Mercedes Sprinter RV with dualie. Thus I found out a year later that I would have to it for my rotations. I don't think I would have purchased my 6 Goodyear AT kevlar tires here. They also broke a sewer hose bracket $15 and their fingerprints (at least 6) were all over the trim. Definitely go to a Goodyear corporate tire shop, not just authorized shop, that would have taken responsibility for their actions. This whole situation has been a nightmare and you would expect a shop with great reviews to be more professional. Sadly they don't own up to their poor work nor contact you back. See pictures.
