There is NO Pricelist posted, and prices fluctuate depending on what he says for the day. Women are charged more than men for same articles, ie-shirts, pants! I had my wife call and ask prices for Mens pants, laundered or dry cleaned. He says $7.00 on special Thursdays and Fridays. Shirts are $3.00 on special. On Friday I take 3 pants, 2 shirts, $21 + $6=$26. I return and my bill is $33. I ask for a breakdown. He says pants are $8.50, shirts are $3, ok that's $31.50, why's my bill $33? He always acts like suddenly he doesn't speak good English, gets attitude. The last time I questioned his incorrect bill he said, "I give you credit next time." That never happened! He knows what he's doing! This has happened to me a half dozen times and I don't know why I ever came back. I have always been overly polite, giving the benefit of the doubt. I no longer doubt his actions are unintentional and believe he uses this dishonesty as a means to harass infidels. Take your business elsewhere.

She was irritated with us when we went for the second fitting, we couldn't get the dress zipped up. My daughter is a tiny girl and the only thing that needed to be done was the skirt length shortened, bustled and adding straps. Seamstress tossed the skirt on the floor like it was a cheap piece of clothing. They came highly recommended by the bridal boutique we purchased the dress, not a pleasant experience for someone special day and experiences before that day.

I dropped some pants off to have the cuffs taken up a bit (nothing else), and I also dropped some…read moredry cleaning off at the same time. They told me they'd call me when the alterations to the pants were done, so I could pick everything up at once, and that they would probably be calling me in a week. Frankly, I forgot about it until three weeks later, and then I realized that they had never called me. I called them, spoke to someone who said he had no idea where my tailoring was, but to just come in and they would find it, he was the only one there, and he was really busy. So I go there, and wait for 20 minutes while a woman who works there turns the place upside-down looking for my pants and my dry-cleaning. She finally locates it. The charge for bringing the cuffs up an inch is a very expensive $32. And, they dry-cleaned the pants as well, even though I handed them the pants on a hanger encased in plastic from another dry cleaner. That was another $15. I asked them why they cleaned the pants again when they could see that the trousers were already clean and had just come from another dry cleaners, and they told me flatly that it was company policy to do that. They said they would discount the alterations price to $25, since I had to wait so long at the counter. The discounted price is still way too high for simply bringing the cuffs up an inch. The three cotton dress shirts and two pairs of dress trousers I left for dry cleaning cost me another $51, so that was a pretty expensive visit I made there. It was foolish for me not to ask about their pricing when I dropped everything off, but I didn't, because I didn't imagine it could possibly be that expensive to take up the cuffs on a pair of pants. Or, for that matter, to have three shirts and two pairs of pants dry-cleaned. The breathtaking prices and the complete lack of follow-through regarding calling me when the work was done, and then, the ridiculous wait there at the counter when they couldn't find my clothes all work together to produce a 1-star review. I'll never use these people again...
