After 4 years of being a customer at this dry cleaner, they ruin a very important item for me that really meant a lot. Initially they refused to take any responsibility for the item. After pushing for 5 days they finally said they couldn't repair or replace anything without a receipt knowing that the item was handmade and expensive. No accountability at all! read more

...should be WORST in customer service. I dropped off two pairs of Brooks Bros pants to be hemmed, one with cuffs, one without. The alteration lady agreed the navy would be cuffed, the black would be hemmed. Went to hang them up at home, noticed neither had cuffs...I am not a whiny customer, I understand errors can and do happen but called to let them know they made an error and the guy tells me "One pair has cuffs" Sir, I'm holding them in my hands and I assure you they do NOT have a cuff. "Well, my manager told me they have cuffs" Okay...so I'm calling to lie to you about my non-cuffed pants? I drive there and ask him to please point out to me the cuffed pants - he does nothing more than say "I just work here and I'm telling you what they said" I explained that had he merely APOLOGIZED for the oversight over the phone rather than insist that I was wrong about the pants I was holding, we would not even be having this conversation. He continues to say "I don't know why you are upset with me, I just work here" Not once did he offer an apology for the error, my time, gas or the now uncuffable pants. I do happen to work in customer service and I believe in accountability of the employees answering for their employers...yes, even at a dry cleaner. I will NOT BE RETURNING THERE as I know can't trust their work or their employees sense of responsibility to their job. read more
