We have tried to support this business. Through the changes of ownership it has stayed pretty consistent. Today was our last purchase from here. We got two jumbo sausage rolls. The ONLY ones in the case were the large and small ones that did NOT have a slice of jalepeno on it. We just wanted plain as my kids were eating them. My son bit into one and was immediately lit on fire as it was loaded with jalepenos. I took it inside and the older gentleman behind the counter told me they ALL have jalepeno inside them it's just whether there is extra on top. I know that is completely incorrect. But given i spent $32 on freaking donuts and one kid suffered and didn't get to eat what he wanted. I'm done. I can't trust it won't happen again and the prices for doughnuts have gotten too high. After witnessing the Korean lady behind the counter being rude to a small child, we left. There were 4 people that came in at once. The lady got instantly stressed. A little girl was trying to decide on a doughnut and the lady yelled at the girl saying, "Just pick one NOW!" Was picking up some treats for my student athletic trainers. The donut case was full and there was a lot of variety to choose from! The multiple flavor/decorated donuts were awesome. The staff working there is very nice and the clean interior had me confident I made a great choice of donut shops. There are not many in this particular area. We have lived here for over 7 years and have always loved this donut shop but today is the day that ended. I've witness the owner be very rude to people in the past but just chalked It up to her having a bad day because most of the time she's very nice. Today my kids and I were treated with the most disrespect I've ever witnessed, all because my daughter took what was less than 30 seconds to pick a donut. (Side note-We are a dye free family so there's only 3-5 donuts they can pick from, so choosing isn't a hard task and normally they get the same thing everytime so it's a very simple process.) She then proceeds to call my kids slow and then told me "I don't serve slow people" and skipped us and served not only the person behind us (which was the only other person in the store) but then went on to serve the person that walked through the door as she was finishing up. Then when they said we were here first she pointed to my kids and said "they slow kids I don't serve them" At that point my kids are crying and as we turn to leave she said goodby slow kids with a smile! I really truly hope that she is just having a very bad day and doesn't think that these actions are acceptable. read more

Love this delicious donut shop right near my neighborhood. For those that live in piedmont and north Yukon this place is a great place to frequent for your donut cravings. The yeast glazed are perfection. Not greasy and perfectly glazed. We loved the apple fritter, red velvet and my kids are always begging for the sprinkled donuts. We also tried the jalapeño pig in a blanket and the sausage breakfast sandwich. I like that they offer a few savory items. The drink case is extensive, an entire wall of drink coolers with a huge selection. Not just your normal milk and OJ. Next time we want to try the cream cheese pastry and the cronut! read more

This is our go to donut place, for the last 4 years! Great jalapeno rolls, cronuts, cinnamon rolls, and sprinkle donuts! I usually get some donut holes too. They also make custom donuts on request. We had them make a 6 for my daughters 6th bday. She loved it! They are always quick and courteous, as well as, always extremely clean inside! I live in a nearby neighborhood and this place is so close and convenient! The owner is the sweetest Korean woman, but speaks broken English, so please be patient. I'm 16 years of age and worked here for two days. The fist day I worked was Sunday and wasn't really busy. My boss was extremely pushy and yelled a lot. She grabbed my arm pulling me aside in front of costumers and yelling in my face. She also spoke in a different language in the back to the guy making donuts. My coworker was also yelled at. The second day I came in at 6:02am, washed my hands, I was about to go to the back to grab my apron but she told me to grab another one and said "take this one take this one". Of course I took it and sighed. It's very hard to understand my boss and she gets annoyed with people easily. It felt like I couldn't do anything without her telling me I'm doing it wrong or just straight up grabbing my wrist or my arm and getting someone else to tell me how to do it. Owner was extremely rude! Birthday donuts ordered a week in advance and they were not ready! Zero customer service or communication. Lots of lies from owner on why the order was not ready. I waited 30 minutes for donuts to be iced because my daughter was expecting them. Honestly I should of left from the get go, but daughters birthday. Good quality but inconsistent customer service to the point of frustration. We order here most Sundays. I set an alarm early (5:45 is super early on a Sunday) so I can special order the fun specialty characters my family adores. That usually means I have to wait until 8am to pickup. Not preferred....but okay. Today I call in at 5:45, (they purport to open at 5AM), the person answers and them immediately disconnects. Several attempts later, someone finally answers again, and I am told my usual order cannot be ready until 10AM. The fact that I am ordering breakfast before 6AM should indicate that 10AM is not acceptable for breakfast for for us! I was offered something generic instead of the fun character ones we usually get if I want them by 8AM. Has this placed changed owners? Super disappointing. I would give 0 stars if possible, about two weeks ago my wife bought a half dozen donuts, 2 kolches, and a bag of donut holes. To which they charged $116 and have REFUSED to rectify it. We have called several times and we're basically told there was nothing they could do. And in person they refused to acknowledge it and REFUSED to process a refund (with a receipt in hand might i add) to correct it for the right amount. Nothing screams mediocre like the donut 'sitch' in Oklahoma City. Every donut shop is almost identical. No originality, no imagination, no character. J&J fits right in with the rest of them. I'm not saying they are bad, the donuts are decent...but unoriginal and boring. At almost every donut shop in the OKC area, you'll find a case half full, with glazed, chocolate glazed, 3 or 4 cake donuts that I can live without, a couple long johns ( that if you're really adventurous you can fill with Bavarian or raspberry filling- that is exactly like the next donut shop you'll visit) and sprinkles. Oklahomans love their sprinkles apparently. I'm not saying it's not cool to make good, old fashioned donuts. But if that's the route you chose, then blow me away with how well you make them. Dangerous! These donuts MELT IN YOUR MOUTH! Not my words but everyone I bought these for said "where did you get those? They melt in your mouth!" Cute little place. Bigger than most donut shops with quite a few tables and chairs. They also have some breakfast sandwiches and sausage rolls. I tried a sausage roll and it was the best I've had in a while. The bread had a buttery sweet flavor and was just enough to cover the sausage. Most rolls I have to take half the bread off to eat. They had a huge selection of donuts (even at 8am on a Friday) when most donut shops are down to the bare minimum. Busy store but they were quick and had a good system. I live nearby and I love their donuts! They taste great, the shop is always clean, and the service is always friendly! They are your traditional donut shop, with traditional flavors but they also do some cute character donuts. I'm a teacher, and my kiddos LOVED their Spider Man and Elmo donuts. They definitely change up the characters, and that's not their main focus, but if you want something elaborate there are shops specifically for that. If you want your traditional, local, consistently delicious weekend morning with the kids donuts, you won't be disappointed. read more

New donut shop in town, so had to come check it out on a Sunday late morning. Very open and clean space, with a big glass display for all their beautiful, colorful donuts! They also have sausage rolls which are very good. We ordered the sausage rolls before we made it down to the end of the glass case where they had some really awesome looking croissant sandwiches (will have to try for sure next time). They have lots of donut options including standard types, cake, long johns, filled (Bavarian, lemon, raspberry), cronuts! And super cute character donuts! Kept current with the Pokemon, which we had to get a pokéball and a charmander! Turns out a pokéball is delicious, had it filled with barbarian. Big case full of cold drinks, milk, sodas, juice, water, energy drinks, gatoraid and Starbucks frappachinos. I had a cup of coffee that was alright and super hot.
