The sandwich was good and the waffle fries were excellent. The portions are large and the food quality excellent. The prices reasonable. The menu has variety. We were seated quickly, and drinks were served. We were told by the server that she had to "make" the lemonade, and she seemed put out that we ordered it. Then when she refilled it, she did it with a paper cup. Stating they didn't have any clean glasses left. They forgot to give us crayons for the kid's menu, straws for our drinks and silverware. We waited about 45 minutes to get our first course. My husband had a side salad that was fine, but we were served a 1/2 serving of Queso that was completely cold and a smattering of chips. We got chili too and it was extremely thin. We asked how much longer the food would be at an hour. She said we are almost there. She said that she would bring rolls to hold us over as my 4-year-old was starving. She proceeded to get rolls from the kitchen and deliver them to the booth next to ours. they said "we didn't order bread" then she took them off their table and dropped them at ours. At 1 hour and 15 minutes and no sign of food in sight. We asked for our tab. $15 later. We left irritated, frustrated and hungry. The server had the audacity to ask us to leave a review after charging us full price for the items that we received thus far. We went to Burger King across the street. I couldn't leave a review on the food because we never got our meal.
