Friendly service but the food on the other hand isn't very good. I ordered a Jalapeño breakfast bagel sandwich. The bagel tasted store bought fresh out of the bag and not toasted. The slice of American cheese was stone cold with no effort to heat it up and melt it, and bacon bits were used instead of bacon. This is my third time in the last few weeks. I keep coming back because I'm used to the ones in Edmond, Oklahoma. Service here is extremely slow when I go through the drive-through there's always a huge delay today, I waited 15 minutes after she told me to wait just a bit. Cars behind me kept driving off. Even after order was placed for 2 sandwiches that were cold, I had to wait. And inside it looks like not many people are here. Do they need training, do they need help? While the food tastes good, the staff are incompetent. We went twice, ordering a total of 4 sandwiches and 3 of them were wrong. The first time we ordered two sandwiches, a BLT and a Turkey Avocado with no tomatoes and add mayo, what we got was a BLT with no tomatoes (so just a BL) with Avocado and a Turkey Avocado with tomatoes and no avocado. Not sure how you mess that up.... We went back to give them another chance and ordered a Cuban and once again a Turkey Avocado with no tomatoes add Mayo and bacon. The Cuban came out correct, but the turkey avocado was missing the mayo. At the end of the day no biggie I added it at home but it's really sad that out of 4 sandwiches only 1 was made correctly. 25% accuracy is all they can manage and they are only open for breakfast and lunch. While the bagels are good we won't be going back since our orders can't be made correctly. read more

This was a decent bagel sandwich. I waited awhile to eat it but the ingredients tasted fresh. I love the chive and onion cream cheese. The service was wonderful. I got my food and immediately dropped the bagel sandwich and they were so gracious to make me another. If you're a bagel kinda person you'll love this place. read more

I was so glad to learn of a new bagel shop location in Yukon. Beats driving halfway across the city for a decent bagel! I went early and was served immediately. And they have a drive thru, which is convenient for those with kids. We definitely will be frequenting this place a LOT! My bagel was delicious and packed with cream cheese, which seems ?homemade (chive and onion). 4/5 stars for a very very light "toast" on my toasted bagel. Honestly.... When the orders are correct and prepared properly, the bagels are delicious. The only problem is the consistency here is very terrible. Half of the orders we make here are messed up in some way. Cold breakfast sandwiches, cold bagels when we ask for them to be toasted. It seems when the owner is there the food is more consistent, but when he is not there all bets are off. I hope they figure out there consistency as it can be great. But for $4 a bagel.. it isn't worth the inconsistency. read more

The food is always pretty good, no complaints there. The service is borderline terrible. No greeting, no thanking for my business. 9/10 times there are two people at the drive thru window talking, someone silently throws a hand out the window for payment and doesn't say a word, then hands a bag back out with my card and closes the window. First off, the actual bagel shop is nice inside.. but unfortunately the positive things to say stopped there. I ordered an iced coffee which literally was just all cream. Then our bagels came, they looked okay but instead of being toasted like we asked they were MICROWAVED. Yes I watched them do it. And if you know anything when you microwave bagels they become hard and chewy. Literally hurt my teeth to bite through it. Bacon, egg and cheese bagel was basic. Thin not a lot on it. Chicken salad is dry and has no flavor. Really no reason to come back here. I hardly ever write reviews but I was super disappointed as I feel this place could be actually good but there's just a lack of care or maybe knowledge on how to properly make bagels. If you do come here I highly recommend just getting some bagels to take home and toast yourself. read more

This is my go-to food & drink stop when I'm in the Piedmont area. I find this location's service to be incredibly kind and helpful. I have a few dietary restrictions, and many of the employees have helped me with suggestions to fit my needs. The food is always fresh. My new favorite drink is the iced chai tea latte with oat milk and my favorite brunch option is the avocado sunrise on an everything bagel. Stopped at the Yukon location the first week of march. Not a good experience. Got a bunch of bagels to go, and when we got home we were missing 6 bagels. Since we are over a hundred miles away, called the location. Talked to The shift manager and he passed on the message to a customer specialist. Received a call with the promise off a gift card to be issued via email. Never got the email, so I'm out approximately $10.00. Six weeks is ample time to respond.
