Sur La Table said they would not help and we had to go to the manufacturer. The manufacturer wanted us to pay in full for repair, plus shipped of the knife before they would look at it. This was a premium knife that wasn't cheap and the support from Sur La Table is disappointing. An almost identical knife is available at Costco and I wish I had purchased it from them instead. Too late I guess. I will never do business with Sur La Table again.

We were greeted as soon as we entered, asked about our project, and an associate personally guided us through the showroom to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Ultimately, we purchased approximately $46,000 worth of tile from Bedrosians--business that could have easily gone to Arizona Tile had someone simply taken a few minutes to assist us.
